Exactly what I wanted.
These resistance bands are just what I was looking for to ramp up my routine. They seem to be high quality, and are the perfect thickness. ( Not like those super thin rubber loops.)I tried them out briefly after they arrived today, and they work wonderful.I'm not quite ready for the small size, but I'll definitely be using the medium and large bands daily.They fit nicely in the enclosed bag for storage.Will update if I encounter any problems down the road, but right now they seem perfect.

The best I've ever used
The best I've ever used. Let's be honest, working out sucks. But( and it's a very big but) with this workout its not only a very short amount of time I've already lost 21 pounds with this and dieting and I'm only on week 3.

High quality!better than the rubber brands
The 3 bands are 3 color of different level. I am a workout beginner, I can start it with the small one and use the large one when i am stronger!I can take it everywhere to do my workout! come on! workout girl!

Needs revamping
I was so excited to get these. They are durable and sturdy. As a matter if fact to sturdy. Some exercises are hard to do because of the sturdiness of these bands. The resistance is more like a fight to do certain exercises, especially donkey kicks. If the tension was a little more laxed, thses would be on point. I will have to order another brand to do all the exercises I would like to do.

Non slip and stays put. Very strong, even the weakest one
These are a lot stronger than I was expecting, either that or I’m a lot weaker than I thought! 😅 They’re made of high quality elastic that doesn’t slip or move around at all over workout leggings or on bare skin. Comes with an elastic band that has handles so you can do stretching or more exercises and it’s own little baggie to store it in, plus it has really good warranty for the price.
