Too small! I think the foot in the picture is a size 4 or 5!

Good cushioning!
Don't know why the feet all of a sudden became so sensitive in the metatarsal area but these pads certainly gave me my life back so I could wear my shoes. Most of my shoes are not extreme but when your feet burn in flats, one has to do something.
