First, the Product : these are very nicely designed, premium quality, sun-loungers. The suspended lying area is well-designed, comfortable, and very practical. These sun-loungers can cope with a British thunder-storm and then be immediately available when the sun comes out.Secondly, and just as important, the Seller : the customer service provided by Rinkit is outstandingly good. I had an issue with the courier - not in any way the fault of Rinkit - and they stepped in to resolve the situation to my complete satisfaction. This is very much the kind of company from which I like to make my purchases.

These have just arrived (end of Feb 2017) so only had a quick try out before I put them away for summer.As others have said these appear to be be the same as you find around the hotel pool, they are very sturdy and comfortable and can be stacked.They seem to be high quality and well made and worth the premium price tag, well the do say "buy cheap, buy twice".I will add to this review once I have used them a few times.UPDATE. Used these all last summer and they were very comfortable and still look as good as new.Simon.

Our previous loungers cracked after many years of service. We wanted to replace them with something similar, but, hey, it seems that plastic is out of fashion now. Didn't fancy the heavyweight metal stuff or the rattan (or mock rattan) offerings that seem so bulky. Finally found these on Amazon and decided to go ahead despite what we feel is a high price to pay. They appear to be really strong - as others have said, they seem to be the same as the ones used by hotels abroad. They are really comfortable, although we do have cushions and quilts on them. Hopefully these should last at least as long as our previous loungers. Delivery was a week earlier than indicated by the supplier, so thoroughly recommended.

Very good quality. They arrive as they are, no having to put them together. A massive box but ready to use. Very sturdy. These are the same sun loungers that are used ob all of the Thomson Cruises. So I know they are hard wearing and used to lots of weather and use. Very pleased with these. Some people may say they are expensive but there not compared to others on the market and a very good quality product. I hope they will last for years and it's nice not to have to buy extra padding for them, they are comfortable as they are and ready to use straight after delivery and to leave out all year if wanted. X

Absolutely thrilled that my sun loungers arrived so quickly! And are just what I have been wanting for at least 3 years! I am a sun worshipper and from going on holidays around the Med these are the only ones I wanted as they are so comfortable and such good quality. They don't tip when you move around and are so user friendly - without any pad or cushioning and having even thought about drinks holders and wheels if you need to move.If you are going to invest in sun loungers and are serious about it, then these are the ones for you!

I ordered these because I have ordered cheap sunbeds before that were not sturdy and broke quickly. I decided to invest in two commercial standard sunbeds for the garden and they are perfect in every way and I am sure they will last for years to come. Highly recommend.

Very pleased with the sun loungers. Exactly what we wanted. Also pleased with the blue colour. Good value. The service from Rinkit was excellent but the delivery was a problem. Parcelforce took an extra 3 days to deliver, should have been Monday they delivered on Thursday and each time l phoned them it was excuse after excuse. Rinkit did all they could to help me regarding this delivery. The staff were very helpful and l would buy items again thru Rinkit

Delighted with the service provided, from ordering through to safe, efficient delivery of the loungers. We are looking forward to using them next summer. Hope they give us years of use, as they were a little more expensive than we would normally pay. However, they are exactly what we were looking for, having been searching for something a bit different for quite some time.
