I am happy! (June 7,14) -- Not so happy (July 9, 14)
After researching quiet some time, I decided to try Neo Grab. I liked how it was advertised on YouTube compare to other phone mounts I've researched. I purchased four Neo Grabs for each car, and bought one for a coworker. It works as it is advertised. This is a very good product you should invest in. I am very happy with it! Thanks!*UPDATE*Neograb Smartphone Car Mount lasted exactly a month for me! :( I wrote the previous review after using it for few weeks. I really liked the functionality, design, and sturdiness of the NEOGRAB. But just few days later, I realized the inconvenience of this product. And a month later, I am returning this product because it broke on me.It worked great for me at first. But few days later, I found that the gel suction pad cannot take the LA heat. I was hoping I can just place it on the dashboard, and do not have to move it unless I will need to clean the pad with water. But when I do place it on dashboard, it would fall onto the chair or floor by afternoon because gel cannot take the heat. When I tried to put it back on to dashboard, it wouldn't stick because the gel suction pad needed to be cooled down first. I am usually in hurry, so most of the time, I had to drive without using the NEOGRAB. Also, this happened while I was driving. I placed my phone on the NEOGRAB, and as I was driving, it scared the poop out of me when it fell.Although I did not prefer this, I placed it on the window under my rear view mirror to see if this works. It did work! It stayed put on the window, and I was able to use it with an ease - well kind of... I couldn't rotate my phone however I wanted because the window would be in the way. Anyway, this worked for me, so I was happy UNTIL a week later when I found it broken on my chair. One morning, when I got into the car, I saw the gel suction pad still on the window and the top part on the chair. How did this happen? I did not even touch it. I don't think the pad and the top part are suppose to come apart.. I tried to put it back on, and noticed the little piece was broken inside and cannot be put together. Ugh. I had high expectations for this product, and so I am very disappointed how this didn't work for me. I've researched days for phone mounts before purchasing this product.I would recommend this product maybe if you are living in a cooler area and/or can park your car in garage or under lots of shade. :/

Excellent
I've used 3 different types of cradles, and this is by far the best...if it fits your need.Pros:1- Could not be easier to put your phone into it in the horizontal mode. With one hand, you use the phone to push the top up, slide the bottom onto its section, let it close, then pull it to the view angle you want.2- Attaches/holds great. I have a corolla, and I stuck it on the dash above my clock...hasn't moved since day 1.3- Easy to get phone out. Same as putting it in- one hand, a few easy steps.4- Works for almost any phone. I've used with Galaxy 2, an old Epic Touch, an iPhone, all perfect.5- No bounce for me. I see others say it does...I think this means you should ensure that both your ride and the location you'll put it don't shake alot.Cons:1- No extension piece- this is only a good option if you can easily reach the portion of your dash where you would stick this.2- Vertical hold isn't as stable as horizontal for me. It moves a little more, and putting in the phone in vertical is slightly more difficult depending on the angle at which you reach it. So, if you plan to do mostly vertical, you might want to consider a different option.Bottom line: I've had mixed success with cradles with long arms, so if you need to go that route, make sure to do your homework. If this dash mount meets your need (you can reach it easily, your car doesn't have a bumpy ride, you primarily use a horizontal view), I highly recommend it.

Mr. Wobbly Head
The overall looks of this holder is the most stylish cradle I've seen so far, emphasizing form, color and simplicity whose design makes it a very efficient way to hold your smartphone. Compared to some of the best selling cradles on Amazon, I'll vote this as #1. However it's not that ideal for GPS use in a car. The reason is that it's built with so much flexibility, as you can turn it and use it in various different positions that its vulnerable to things like bumps, shakes, and turns you get from normal driving in the city. My iPhone was like a wobbly head making it impossible to to use it as a GPS. After hitting a bump, you would have to wait like 10 seconds before it went back to a calm stand still. Maybe if you lived someplace where all the roads were perfect, and you didn't have to worry about the fast pace of driving in a busy city like New York City, this could work for you. It would be great for use somewhere stable, like a table. But compared to the cradle I used on my dedicated GPS which is nothing fancy, but at least it was able to hold up against vibrating aftershocks caused from hitting small bumps in the road.

Brilliant Design
This is hands down the BEST phone holder I have ever seen. The ones I've used in the past require two hands to mount and unmount the phone. They were awkward, and the rubber cushions touching the phone tended to wear out and the basic holding parts broke with constant use, not to mention the suction cup losing suction over time and the mount crashing my phone onto the dashboard and onto the floor while driving. This one is a one hander and so easy to use you can't believe no one came up with the idea until now! Just watch the demo video on their site and order it immediately. Also, something I haven't seen before - the suction cup has a non drying, glue-like bonding on it that keeps the suction at absolute maximum, no leak and fall off. You stick it on, close the suction lever and never have to mount it again. On the other hand, the glue is more like a sealer than a permanent bonding, so you can easily peel the suction cup off the window and put the Neo Grab somewhere else if you change cars, etc. Two thumbs up with this one. Well done, Neo Grab!
