Alexander Julian Men's Leather Inlay Buckle And Loop Belt

I wear a 38 in pants and jeans and ordered a 42 belt. Normally I'd order a 40 but they were out of that size so I'm glad I opted to go 1 size up instead of down. I'm on the 2nd hole from the end which is exactly where I feel a belt looks best when worn. If I had ordered a 40 I'd be on the very first hole.The quality of the belt is great, the leather is nice on both sides, the stitching looks and feels like it's made to last. The belt buckle is its best feature though, very attractive looking and again doesn't feel like it's going to have any problems.One reviewer said the belt dosn't fit through the loop on his, must have been a manufacturing flaw on that one belt because mine fits perfectly.Highly recommended, just be cautious of sizing.-D

Very attractive formal belt for the office/interviews/formal events. The only thing I'd mention is that I ordered the 32 given that that was the smallest size they offered (I'm a 30 waist) and I can wear the 32 on the second biggest hole comfortably but I can't imagine that it would fit well if I were actually a 32 inch waist. Therefore as others have said, go for one size larger than you wear in pant size.

Nice looking belt with a little tight fit. Time will tell on quality of construction but appears to be well sewed and of good materials.

I love the belt, but unfortunately because I read a lot of the reviews where they stated that the belt ran small, I ordered a 36 when my waist is a 33-34 and the belt was too big. So I've ordered a size 34 belt and am giving this belt away. It's a beautiful belt otherwise.

This is a basic leather belt, but it is a nice one, and you can feel the quality of it when you put it on. When I saw it, I was worried it would be cheap like his old belt, which just fell apart very quickly, but this belt will hold its own. My husband feels good in it, wears it mostly with his work uniform, so it is getting much wear right out of the gate. Don't hesitate, unless you want a special buckle, this is a quality leather belt that will hold up for you (so to speak!) over time.

It's a belt how much more can I say about it. The only unexpected thing is that the loop that the belt goes through after the buckle is made of metal just like the buckle. I do not care for that but it really does not matter. It's still a belt and that is what I wanted.

I really like the inlay buckle - its adds a little something. Belt is made in China but seems to be durable; there are no fillers like some other belts. I just started wearing it so we'll see how it holds up. I'm a 40 waist and this 42 belt fits perfect.

This belt was better than expected considering what it cost me. Nice leather and buckle. The leather strips on the buckle are nice accents and seem to be secured good as well. The leather is a little thinner than I would have anticipated but again at this price point I am very pleased.
