This was purchased for a one time use but the quality definitely allows for multiple uses. It worked well for my one year old. The tie was adjustable so it was not too long for her.

Due to reviews off ties being smaller and shorter than expected, I ordere XL a size larger than what I needed. What arrived was still shorter than expected...End of the tie was above the waist, unlike picture.
