Ragalta White Countertop Thermo Electric Water Cooler with Hot and Cold Dispenser

My biggest complaint is how slowly water comes out of the spout. My husband and I even tried cutting the piece on the inside (new water bottle lids don't need to be taken off, they have that hole in it so you just place that in the tank to prevent splashing) thinking this would help with quicker water flow..it did not.Like other reviews stated, the cold water is not cold (I think my faucet has colder water) but this isn't a problem for my family since we fill up individual gallons and put them in the frig the night before anyway or we use ice. I drink a lot of tea and make oatmeal so the HOT water is what we mainly use this dispenser for. If you do not like scalding water, after putting your desired amount of hot water, put some cold water in as well (so it doesn't burn you) or simply wait for the water to cool.If I had the price range to get a better unit I would have returned this one but it works for what we need and it was the cheapest I could find, so for now it suits my family well.

the hot water function never has worked since i got it but i got it for a seasonal office & it wasn't worth the trouble of sending it back. we can use the microwave to heat water if we need to. we love the water cooler. is a great product for an office in a company that won't supply a commercial water cooler service. works well to just pick up the 5 gallon bottle of water at the grocery store next door. i take it home & use it in the off months & like having the cooler on my counter. would be nice if the hot water worked, but not a necessity for our use.

This product is cute and works ok but the cold water part of it is not very cold at all!But for the price I paid I guess I can't really complain too much.

The unit works adequately, but the construction is about as cheap as you can get. I'm just hoping that it works long enough so that I feel like I got my money's worth.

This is a nice machine... The hot water feature is a big hit. The boys use it for tea, cappuchino, instant coffee, hot cocoa and cup of noodles. I like the child safety spigot on the hot water, which is something I never considered... but in light of the grandkids visiting and all the things they can get into in half a heartbeat while you are not looking, it's a wonderful thing, though it was a little hard for Old People like me to figure out at first. I also love that you can SHUT THE HEATING FEATURE OFF to save energy and to prevent accidents. THe cold water feature is really what I bought the water dispenser for. On that note, I've lost 12 pounds in three weeks just by drinking more water and less soda pop. I can't say that will happen for everyone, but consuming more water and less empty calories can't be a bad thing. My only real complaint about it is that the cold water part does not chill the water as much as I would like. However, I can live with this, and over all I think it was a great value for the money.

I would rate this 0 stars but you can't do that .do not buy it's a complete waste of money I found it for 6 hours and can't wait to get it out of my house. hot water comes out hot I live in Phoenix I bought it for cold water it comes out room temperature I should have read the reviews.I want to fill a bottle 26 oz. and when I got done filling it up it was warm. amazon customer service was very understanding very helpful and helping me take care of this problem

This is a great product and I use it everyday at work.The only thing that was confusing or hard was the set up instructions regarding the plugs to drain the system. They were not on the bottom but the lower back of the product. Other than that, it is perfect. The splashguard comes off and you put it in the top of the full bottle of water and then place it on the water cooler. It works well doing it the right way, otherwise water goes everywhere! ha ha. I would buy this again! Love love love it! I love that there is a switch to turn off the hot water. It is so nice to have good water at work!

Works but quality seems to be mediocre. The screws on the back panel were actually crooked so I was a little worried
