Great product
I am very happy with the Picture Porter Advance. I had a minor problem with it , but they fixed it very fast for me.This is similar to the old Epson Multimedia Viewer but with a bigger hard drive and larger screen.

Not recognized by computers and poor customer service
I was very happy with the screen size and easy navigation. Unfortunately the product didn't work as advertised when it came to connecting to computers. Neither of my Windows 10 computers recognized the photo as at all. I also sent mail to the company and called customer service but received no response despite several attempts to rectify the issues.
