GHIRARDELLI 60% Cacao Bittersweet Chocolate Premium Baking Chips, 20 OZ Bag

Cream together, one stick of soft real butter, one cup of brown sugar, 3 tablespoons of white sugar, 1 egg 1 tablespoon of vanilla, and 1 tablespoon crushed to powder instant dry coffee or espresso then mix 1 &3/4 cup loosen fluffy flour and a half tsp of salt, baking powder and baking soda , add 10oz these chips ! Refrigerate at least 8 hours ! 35 gram cooked bake at 360 for 14 min ! Shape cookies by rotating inside a glass rim till walls are 1/2 inch tall the instant they come out of oven ( you only have about 20 seconds to do that , leave to set at least 15 min < that’s the hard part ! My favorite chocolate chips. I just eat them instead of a chocolate bar. Value is good for the larger size compared to other retailers. Fresh chocolate taste when opened. I've gotten some at other stores that were a bit stale.

Used them in some cookies they were good kinda bitter but they were good and gooey cookies, I should have used more sugar due to the bitterness of from chips.
