What I exspected.
The wheel did show up on time and what I needed. I was surprised at the low price. Turned out to have a blemish in the teflon surface on the outside rim. Should not effect the performance. The advertisement did not mention blemishes but Im using it as a spare, not to picky. Other customers might have complained.
