Taste like absolute s*** but it works okay. It burns when you put it under your tongue so I recommend mixing into juice or a drink.

Definitely can feel the burn of alcohol as it sits under tongue. Can feel the numbness in throat associated with Kava Kava products. I have not noticed any sense of relaxation after taking the product. It could just be that my body does not respond to Kava Kava like others do.

I find the Kava Kava effective. I take it both during the day and before bed. When I take, I put a dropper full under my tongue and let it lounge there for several minutes to absorb. I find the alcohol gives a bit of a sting, but that softens. I don't mind the taste at all, in fact, it is familiar to me and so I know the product is authentic. I lived on Oahu for a while and had the good fortune to have access to hand-made kava drink. As with that, this tincture will give a bit of numbing to the lips and tongue.

Decent product, but pretty lazy packaging.

I frequently get up around 3-4 AM and cannot go back to sleep because my mind is racing. It usually takes me a good hour or two to get back to sleep, but by then it's time to get up. Tried a pump of this last night under the tongue and it worked like magic. Fell back asleep right away. I must say it tastes pretty nasty, but it was worth it. It's like taking a shot of some herbal 100 proof alcohol in the middle of the night. The alarm woke me up this morning and I feel rested. I will probably order more.

Be careful causes red eye
