Did not upset my stomach have been using it for a long time as a anti inflammatory anti aging supplement.

Convenient supplement
I have supplemented with turmeric for sometime and wanted a capsule for convenience when traveling. The fact that it was 95% curcuminoids turmeric extract increase my confidence that the supplement would be best for my needs.
