Great Brace and support
This belt offers great support!!. I suffer from lower back and hip pain after putting the belt on I was able to move around do house work etc without pain. Now I wear it all the time and can get things done pain free. Highly recommend it!!

Sciaticabrace belt
Sciatica was so bad, could not stand more than a few minutes without severe pain. The belt made all the difference. I wear it a tiny bit lower than illustrated for best results for me. I am short-waisted, maybe that is why lower is better. Anyway, I highly recommend it.

Not just for sciatica
Love this belt! I have arthritis, stenosis and 2 bulging discs. I was given a large wide belt which never fit right and caused a problem bending over. while this belt is narrower, I can place it on the spot that hurts and off we go!!!!!

Great buy
I needed something badly for my hips. I was having so much pain and trouble walking that I needed something to help. I like that I can make it tighter on both sides, and it's a perfect size to hit my target area. I definitely noticed a difference after wearing it for a few hours after I took it off. The pain came right back. If I could sleep with it on and be completely comfortable, I would. It was a great buy for me

Good idea BUT...
The idea of a smaller brace appealed to me but this does not stay in place. One end of the brace is covered with a plastic liner, maybe to be more comfortable against your skin. But, it allows that end to slip around while the rest of the brace stays (more or less) in place. Uncomfortable and ineffective.🙁

SI belt
The brace seem to work ? had a stroke, left hip muscle didn't reconnect, trying to find something to hold in place. Hard to stand or walk very far. I'm finding out if the brain doesn't reconnect with the muscle, nothing is going to help. Part of the left side just doesn't work.

A belt that erases pain!!
Didn't fit at first. Then I loosened the extra straps then put it on and WOW!! NO PAIN! AS SOON AS I TIGHTENED THE EXTRA STRAPS!!
