Amazon Basics Foam Yoga Blocks Pair - Pack of 4, Purple

Perfect as a prop for yoga and stretching particularly if you're inflexible. It's much easier to do a difficult stretch or pose with a little support. With 3 different dimensions it's pretty easy to find the right height. I use them every day. They are foam but a sturdy foam, perfect to add support. These would not be a good block for strength training or a step for cardio. They're not designed for those applications. Buy a good solid step for that.

These were fantastic little Yoga blocks that worked great for the weekend CEU course that our company was hosting and now will continued to be utilized well by our students in the future. Overall cleaning these was fantastically easy and they lack the overall ‘plasticy’ smell. The only caveat and complaint I would say is that the plastic they wrap it in is a bit of a pain to get off. Other than that fantastic.

I bought these for our small yoga and stretching group, and they are exactly as described; firm for good support with enough give to make them comfortable. With the Amazon 2-day shipping, they were the best price too, so I was surprised at the quality. The purple on the outside did not transfer to hands or clothing even in the humid Florida heat, and they were easy to brush off after outside sessions. I'm very pleased with this purchase.

It came it's own shipping box. There wasn't any smells. All of blocks were individually wrapped in plastic. It's a essentially a yoga/foam block.

Blocks are great value for the price. You get 2 for what you would normally pay for just one. They work great for yoga classes. They are a little larger than normal, but I like that and so do clients.

Used for handicap person as feet boosters to adapt a motorized wheelchair leg extensions. Also used for exercise routine.

One of the blocks came damaged, which tells me they are easy to scratch up. They’re a good option for the price if you don’t mind aesthetic wear.
