Been using this product for a couple of weeks as required along with dulca ease and it works well for me

Alternative to western senna
Delighted that this is available albeit a little pricey. I liked the discreet flat packaging that travels better than a cardboard box in the post.The only issue I have is that sometimes too much info is confusing,,,to say 2500mg capsules or the strength-ratio does not make it clear what the average dosage might be to begin with and adjust accordingly. Otherwise another good natural product.

Didn’t work for me but they might for you.
Sadly I found these didn’t really work for me , but that’s not to say that they wouldn’t work for others. They are easy to take and I didn’t notice any taste.
