Do NOT spend the extra money on the defogger or bluetooth version. Mirror is beautiful and the led lights are a great addition but....The defogger only creates a line down the middle that is still slightly foggy. A big disappointment. On top of that bummer my sucky android speaker plays music as loud as this mirror if not louder. I was probably better off buying a separate product for music. I was really hopeful this "great" mirror was going to live up to its hype. Not quite...🤷🏽‍♀️

Purchased these for our bathroom remodel. After two months we are finally at a point to install these two mirrors. These mirrors were packaged nicely, easy to install and hook up. They look great and function nicely. The downside is the quality control. Both mirrors have black lines and spots around the front outer edge behind the glass that looks horrible. I would have rated them 5 stars but the blemishes are an eyesore. Buy with caution.Update: A few weeks after this review one of the two lights when out will not turn on. Red light button does not light and when pressed nothing happens. Would not purchase again.

We are Builders that purchased this mirror to use in the bathrooms for one of our high-end homes. It’s a beautiful mirror; however, none of the features worked. It did not turn on every time we flipped the light switch; it just flickered most of the time. The light feature triggers the other features to work. We contacted Amazon regarding our problems with the mirror. Amazon forwarded our information to the vendor. The vendor asked us to send a video depicting the problem; we did. However, we never heard anything from the vendor. In the meantime, we ordered a second mirror to replace the defective mirror because we were scheduled to close on this home. The features on the second mirror didn’t work either; so, we returned it. To date, we have not heard anything from the vendor regarding the first mirror. We took a $583.47 hit on the first mirror. This mirror cost too much for any of the features to not work. Even more, the vendor didn't honor the three(3) year free from defects in material and workmanship warranty. We give this vendor zero (0) stars for customer satisfaction. We will not be ordering from this vendor again.

I was super excited about this purchase! Instructions are very vague, but my fiance is pretty handy and figured it out. I received it, installed it and, then my excitement quickly turned to disappointment. I bought this because I was going to spend about the same amount of money on a light fixture and new mirror(s), it also had a dimmable mirror and bluetooth speakers.Couple of problems:1) As low as the high setting is, there is no need for it to be dimmable. It is so dim that I'm going to have to install another light for when I want full light. I learned, through the instruction book, that there is a mirror option that has warm and cool lights, which wasn't available on Amazon.2) The speakers are VERY LOW QUALITY! (Mainly treble)3) Isn't that big of a deal, but would have been nice to know that there was a switch that worked with the mirror. You have to purchase the switch separate...which I didn't know existed until I read the instructions. A regular switch will turn it on and off.Overall...don't waste your money, not worth it! Cool concept and there may be better products out there, but this one gets 2 really big thumbs down. I really want to return it, but I made such a big deal about it and made my fiance hang it, that I feel bad for making him take it down.

It cams damaged and now the one light stopped working. I could over look the tiny corner damage because it wasn’t packaged properly but the fact that I’ve only been using these in my newly remodeled bathroom for a month and now the one won’t respond to touch to turn on, is unacceptable and you’re saying I can’t return. I wouldn’t recommend this product. Not happy.

First package sent was damaged in transit and never delivered. When notified, the seller promptly shipped a replacement that came quickly and undamaged. Both times sent via FedEx. Came packaged in light wooden crate with plenty of Styrofoam padding (I ordered the 55x36 model). Installation is simple and straightforward - just measure and mark out the location of the hanging brackets, drill the holes, attached the brackets with included 1/2" drywall anchors (it's a plastic butterfly type which I've never encountered and that seem pretty secure and sturdy), then connect the power and hang on the wall - done. It connects to your standard 2-wire 110 volt line (no electrical connection hardware included). It will stick out from the wall a couple of inches, but looks nice and clean. Rated 4/5 stars because the backlight is not as bright as I would like it to be - barely enough for a vanity mirror, and also because if used with a wall switch, it does not remember on/off mode and activates in "OFF" mode every time the switch is thrown, meaning it will not light up until you press the red power button on the mirror surface.

Very pleased. This is a very beautiful mirror that adds well to the esthetic I like. Other reviews had implied that this unit did not have switch memory when using a wall switch but it actually does. This may be a recent addition but mine does and that's exactly the way I like it. I turn the lights on as I walk into the bathroom and turn them off as I leave without having to walk to the mirror. The 84x40 inch is a relatively heavy unit and the idea of using only the supplied anchors to mount frightens me. For me both wall mounting plates traversed studs and so one of mounting holes on each is firmly anchored to a stud with the rest using drywall anchors as supplied. I suspect that most would be able to mount to studs and I would advise it.

Does NOT come with a plug so you cannot use it without hiring an electrician to add a plug to it to plug it into the wall!!! Waste of money!!!! Buyer beware!
