I am a professional fitness manager, with plenty of sport certifications, including flexibility specialist. I just received this book, and it it amazing. The pictures are great and easy to read, they give core workout exercises to do with a roller, how to release or lengthen certain areas, what to do pre-/post- sport workouts, the “why” behind foam rolling (plus much more). I am very satisfied with the purchase!

Very helpful!
I've had a roller for a long while and use it for my upper back, but I wanted to know how else I could make use of it. I love this book. It has a lot of uses for the roller, and many in dealing with pain in the various areas of the body. This book is exactly what I hoped for: full of exercises I can do with my roller, great instructions, and it's organized really well.

FANTASTIC book. Best ever with great photos, lots of modifications, and easy to follow instructions. This book is a must have for everyone — athlete or non-athlete. I use it regularly filling various suggested programs & also as a tool to help me recover when I overdo. Have also been using it to help my husband through recovery from knee replacement surgery. You must have this book! Best ever

Enjoying this book.
I love the pre-planned workouts for sitting-all-day and posture. Plenty of exercises for all parts of the body with clear instructions and pictures. The modifications are helpful for when I am not able to do the exercise as shown. In just one week I 've noticed an improvement in my posture and the way I carry myself. Expect some discomfort doing these myofascial-release techniques but it's worth it and the discomfort reduces in time.

Good fitness book
I like the routines in this book. Foam rolling was new to me, and the routines are a good way for working out tight muscles.

Great book! Great detail on movements and adjustments
This book is written in a way for a novice to safely perform the stretches and exercises. The authors provided excellent pictures and options for the excercises. I bought this to enhance my spinal stenosis rehab and would definitely recommend this book.

A semi-useful book
If the exercises were left out and only the rolling included, this would have been a lot better.To me, that shows that there really isn't all that much to rolling, so other material is needed. Also, the "exercises" seem to be included because a roller is set on the floor next to the person!But a lot of the pictures and explanations (though far from all!) are useful, so I'll be adding this to my "library".
