Comfortable, sturdy and high quality
When my husband started working from home he brought his ergonomic sit stand desk stool from his office. It worked great for him there when he was in and out of his office, but it's not as great when you're stuck in one spot on video calls all day. He's been complaining about his back hurting for awhile, so I figured it was time for an upgrade. I wanted to get him a really nice chair that was comfortable and would support his whole body, including his head. It was also important to have a chair that'd fit into a narrower space and had nicely padded and adjustable armrests. The height of the armrests was very important. If it's not at the keyboard level, it ends up causing wrist strain. There are a lot of desk chairs on the market, so finding a high quality one that met all of my needs was taxing. I'm glad I held out and chose this one versus others I looked at. It's a chair that's made to last, not one you'll be replacing in a year. The quality is top notch and one of the sturdiest office chairs we've ever had. From the moment we opened up the box to put it together you could see the quality in the pieces. The chair base is well weighted and made from a high grade aluminum. The wheels move smoothly and spin around 360. The mesh covering is well woven and well attached to all of the chair pieces. The plastic chair pieces are thick and feel like they're well manufactured. Along with the quality, the functionality is what sold me on this chair. Pretty much everything is adjustable from the chair height, armrests and backrest. It also reclines, the seat slides, it rocks back and forth and it has a locking back. The coolest thing about the chair are the armrests. They not only adjust up and down, but you can move them toward or away from you and they move outward. All of this functionality allows you to customize this chair to your comfort level. It was also easy to assemble. I was surprised that from start to finish it only took 20 minutes. Along with all of this functionality the style is very professional looking. My husband couldn't be happier with the quality and comfort of this chair. He HIGHLY recommends this chair and would definitely buy it again.

Not worth the money sadly
Chair was nice, except the backrest. Backrest is made from cheap plastic and it seems it may break on me soon. I would take a picture but I do not feel like disassembling it again to show you guys. I bought this like new for 300. This is not worth 500..

Sit in luxury every day
I'm in love, love, love with the mesh backrest. Something about the material is just extra comfy and it provides excellent breathability which helps to keep you cool throughout the day. The high back design provides ample support for your entire back, including the head and neck, thanks to the integrated headrest. The chrome base not only adds a sleek and modern touch to the chair's design but also ensures stability and durability (this thing is built to last many many years without a doubt). The swivel feature allows for easy maneuverability, allowing you to reach different areas of your workspace without straining.A notable option on this chair is the seat slide mechanism, which allows you to adjust the depth of the seat to find the most comfortable position for your body. This option is particularly beneficial for individuals with different body types or those who prefer a more customized seating experience (I'm a picky sitter with lower back pain).Best feature - for me the passive lumbar support is the highlight of this chair

So comfortable
The media could not be loaded. This chair is heavy but for a reason. It can go up and down the seat can slide back and forth, the back can recline or sit up straight. The headrest can go up or down. It's so comfortable and has quickly become my favorite chair. Amazing price and well worth every penny. It's by far my best investment

After years of holding of making a decision I'm glad I chose this chair.
I've been looking for a replacement chair for my office for a couple years (honestly, I'm not sure why I waited so long). I use a human scale chair at work, but at ~$900 I wasn't convinced it was entirely worth the price. having a $300 staples chair at home keeps me in a mental budget around the $500 range. Ok so lets move on to the this chair. At the time of purchase, I got this one for $490 and change. When it arrived I was surprised at how heavy this thing was sitting in its box at my door. Taking out all the parts I quickly noticed how much solid aluminium construction there was. My last chair had mostly plastic and continually came loose at the arm rest joints. The bolts of this chair are thick gauged and make a solid locking bond with the aluminum. I'm not expecting any wobbles coming soon. For comfort I would rate this a high 8 or possibly a 9/10. Its not perfect, I have some issues with the head rest not sitting against the right spot on the back of my head but its pretty minor. I can tell the lack of immediate softness is due to increased support for the back and seat area. Beware of other chairs with padding that quickly wears out after the honeymoon period (~6 months) like my last chair. The thing I like most about this chair is the reclining. I can quite literally take a nap and not wake up feeling like I'm being drawn and quartered. Also since the frame is solid and heavy I'm not worried at all about the possible tip over. There is also seat forward and back adjustments, I haven't messed much with it but since I never had the option before I'm sure I'll eventually find it a must have moving forward. I recently discovered the chair also has a back height adjustment, also something I haven't found the sweet spot for. After all this waiting I am very happy with my decision, and I can finally say I'm now a believer in the $500 or greater category for chairs. I just need to work on shortening my decision time a bit ;)
