Leather Executive Office Chair - High Back Computer Desk Chair with Seat Height Thick Padding for Comfort and Ergonomic Design for Lumbar Support Black

I got the "B2C2B Leather Executive Office Chair - High Back Computer Desk Chair" in Black.Comfort: really good, compared to most office chairs. It won't make you feel like you're floating on a cloud but it gets the job done. The wheels roll smoothly, the seat is roomy, the backrest is quite comfy though I typically don't lean back in my chairs (I prefer to sit at ~90degrees), so no complaints there. My only complaint thus far was the assembly: some of the screws took way longer to install, because the alignment was a bit wonky. But outside of that, assembly took maybe 10 to 15 minutes. All in all, I'm quite pleased. I'll update this review if/when I notice anything surprising. Hope this helps.

I have had this chair since March 2021. It is now June 2023. This chair has served me well for a little over 2 years now with extensive use. There are few complaints I have about the chair; It is a bit difficult to keep clean as the folds in the design tend to trap dust and dander quite well. and the leather has cracked through use on the headrest and armrest areas. Although the leather is easily scratchable and cracks a bit here and there, the leather is nice, it is extremely comfortable, and it was easy enough to put together.However, Today I shifted my weight a bit as I normally do with my arms on the arm rests. Unfortunately, the left arm completely snapped off.

**update 7-29-2021 - originally gave this chair a 1star - however the company has been quick to respond to me, and assist me in getting this resolved. Very Very pleased ! As sated in my first review, the material is great and looks just as pictured. I will purchase from them again, and I would recommend this company for further purchases*Original review* I have had this chair 3 months, and the hydraulic chair lift no longer holds, and the screw holding one of the arms in, broke.Would not recommend unless you want it for looks. It looks nice, just a pictured.

I got this chair 11 months ago and it was a pretty good value at the time. It was comfortable for a while, but now the arm pads are completely worn down. It also squeaks a lot and shifts around while im sitting in it like it is going to fall apart. If I were to do it again, I'd go for something more expensive that will last more than 11 months.Update after one more month(a year total), the seat tilts way forward and leans to the side. Im going to get a used higher end office chair instead of this.

This chair is a great improvement from my last old chair I had forever. My only issues are the chair can be a little wobbly when rolling. The other issue is the arm rests are too high. If you are a tall person they might be perfect. I'm 5'2 130lbs the armrests sit at my armpits. At least 90 percent of the time I leave them folded because that's not comfortable.

The media could not be loaded. From the reviews, I thought I'd be getting a good chair. No. The lumbar is too low, it pushes into your tailbone. There is absolutely no cushion on the seat at all. The back portion, in my opinion, sits back way to far. No matter how hard I tried, I couldn't get rid of a small gap between the seat and the back. I've only been using this chair for a couple days and already I feel like I have to get a chair cushion for it because my bum and back start hurting. One pro...it does roll smoothly. I've included two pictures and a video. If I didn't need a chair, I'd probably go through with the hassle of returning it.

The chair is comfortable , and i love the raisable arms. but i'm 2 months into owning it and the hydraulic is already failing. i'm only about 225 lbs , and the chair advertises up to 280. I don't constantly go up and down in it so there's no excuse for this failure. the hydraulic will not stay raised any more and slides down to about the Half way point. thankfully my new desk is not too tall which is the only saving grace for this chair , but i will be contacting the manufacture about this as well as look into getting a more heavy duty hydraulic replacement.

This chair is absolutely beautiful. Very rich and stylish looking. Extremely comfortable and so worth every penny. Not a lot parts and directions are very easy to read.
