It's good for tortillas, but a cold counter top will cause snap back when rolling. Use it on top of a wood cutting board.

It is ugly but works great for kneading flour and keeping it off of the countertop.

I purchased the silicon pastry mat 16wx24l. Love it! It lays flat and sticks to the counter...I was tired of messy countertops after making pies or pizza crusts this will be great! Plus, I making 8" mini pizzas at Christmas and they will be all the same size! I would recommend this to anyone who is a home baker!

Love this. I bought one of each color for my grandgirls to call their own. They writing definitely helps roll out a pie crust of the perfect size.

I've had this mat for years and have used it for everything from bread to pies to hamburgers. It sticks well on the counter but is nonstick for food. Cleans easily and is very durable. I love the measurements. 10/10!!!
