I was having trouble getting the time and date correct in the camera. The company made a video for me and sent it to me showing how to do it and now all is well. Great little camera. The company cares about its customers and it showed.I made a makeshift holder for the camera out of copper wire plastic tubing and little hot glue to position the camera the way I want it. I clip it to my rear view mirror and it works great. I bought a second one for my shirt pocket.

Camera is very light. Made from good quality (no smell) plastic.Pictures and video are excellent, but too low view angle (less than 45 degrees).It makes a problem to make recording "on go".No loop recording. No indication when memory is full.Instructions is not easy to read. I made search on Google to find, how to operate the T189 Camera.Button On/Off making noise. I have had to use a tape to stick it.Microphone located at opposite side from lenses. If you'd like to clip the Cametra to your packetvoice will not be clearly recorded.Day and Time watermark is working on video files. On the pictures I see Day watermark only.Switching between modes needs a special training.I'm not sure, that making video during the chargind is possible.Overall - it is a good camera, but price has to be at least for ten dollars less.

It does what it says, it records. Thats about it.Its passable as a pen, if nobody is looking for it they wont see it. So it does that well too. However it has its annoyances. It absolutely loves to turn itself on if you arent careful with it. I remember grabbing it and feeling that its warm, only to take it home and find 3 hours worth of 5 minute videos on the card. This was not intended, I somehow managed to turn it on and record when I didnt want to simply by walking around with it in my shirt pocket. Also the "clip" that holds the pen in your pocket bends a LOT if you try and use it in a thicker peice of clothing, say a coat pocket. Im also not a fan of how you turn it on and start recording, but that is just me. It works, the instructions arent THAT bad as other reviews might mention.

I've only used 720 not the higher res. Because its just push to start recording.Decent pic&sound. Wish you could lock button(turn to lock or cover cap) wish you could aim camera easier. try formatting card with phone otg adapter if having problems doing on pc. If you get new 64gb and it works don't ever format ,just erase it. Or image new card and use if card corrupted. If you want to record all day you'll need 2cameras at least because how long to charge.

To tell you the truth I couldn't ever get it to work after charging it up. I turned it on and the readout would say downloading and that's all. The information booklet is in micro small print too and made in China.It tells me to download a program that no longer able to get or its an old program that no longer available. It might work if you're a computer freak. P.S. I hate the trouble in returning items. I wrote it off. Thank you.

It worked great in the beginning but after a month of using it, the battery barely holds a charge. The charging port is a proprietary port at well which means more clutter to keep in your place with an extra wire to leave around. Even though it comes with instructions, it's still difficult to know whether or not you are actually recording. By default the time stamp will be wrong and changing isn't easy. You would need to create a text file or something in the camera itself. I recommendation would be to look elsewhere.If the battery wasn't crappy, I actually would've love it for the most part.

Not much good for anything else. Can't change the date, can't tell whether it's on, off, standby, 720, 1080 or single shot mode. The picture and video quality is terrible, For the life of me I can't understand why they don't pay native to proofread the manual?? If you're going to sell into that marker it's the least you can do.

Poor instructions.Can't tell if it's running or not.Did usevrightBBCaway safe out of the return window but Amazon should be ashamed of selling this junk
