Great quality and value for money.
Great item. Torch is bright. And the lighter is a hold button which is better than if you were to press it and it stays on for 10sec. 9/10 Would reccomend to a friend.

Worth the money.
Bought this as present for fathers day and I'm glad i did, he was so happy with and the lighter is perfect for the crappy weather and the torch reaches quite far. Battery life is quite good too. Recommended.

Broke in less than a week
Was happy at first when I got it but it broke within a week. Charge light wont come on so I assume its not charging and neither the light or lighter will work. They have since sent a replacement free of charge and hopefully keeps working.

These lighters deserve 5 stars, but...
I wasn't sure how many stars to give this product, so i just tried to settle for halfway, but it really deserves a 5 star rating.I bought 3 of these just last October, and i got two for myself and one for my friend, and they all have problems of some kind. The plastic broke on the hinges of the lid on one of them. At first it was the spring just not pushing the lid open fully and holding it open, then the hinges just seemed to break away, but it still works thankfully, and this is why i was stuck on how many stars to give the product. I can't take it with me any more due to their being no lid on it and it'd be dangerous in case the button was somehow pressed while in my pocket. The other lighter of mine is still in one piece, but it doesn't even charge anymore and the blue charging light doesn't come on either. I have tried leaving it charging for a long time, perhaps a few hours just in case the battery was completely depleted, but it never made a difference. The weird thing about this lighter, is that i kept this with my emergancy gear for times where there might be a power outage and i'd need it to light candles. It made perfect sense to keep a lighter like this for such possible occasions as it's certainly safe compared to storing a gas filled lighter. So when the other one broke, i had to start using this one, and i hadn't even used it for long, perhaps a few weeks to a month and it just stopped working. My friends lighter is still all in one piece, but it also doesn't charge anymore. When they worked, they were great, and i wouldn't be without it. I'd buy another one of these style lighters in a heartbeat, but not this one despite still really wanting this exact lighter. The company nailed the design and functionality as the torch is very good, and very handy, as well as the lighter part it self.I also bought a metal bodied lighter from the same company for my grandmother and it still works perfectly. It just looks like a traditional lighter. If you're intersted in that one here is the link to ithttps://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B07PBBGV67/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o07_s00?ie=UTF8&th=1Maybe that's what this lighter needed, a metal body? A metal body, metal hinges, metal lid, all with a rubberised/plastic coating? If they made one like that, I'd buy it.When things are built to last, people will pay up for the build quality and longevity of the product.Out of this, the product gets a good reputation, sales are driven up via word of mouth advertising, and in turn the company gains public trust and EARNS respect and the brand gains loyalty out of that.If you had two models of this exact lighter, with the exact same functions, but one lighter was made with a metal body and hinges and lid, and this one as it is now made from plastic for the body body, and you explained that to the customers, I'm willing to bet most of the customers would choose the better built one, even if it cost an extra £5 or so.From our point of view, it's all about the peace of mind that the product will last as long as we will. But that all depends on what you want.Do you want to sell some "new" items and then vanish when the trend fades?Or do you want to stick around and build a name for yourself and innovate your product line to the point where the products earns a status like the mighty Zippo lighter brand achieved?Think of how screwed I'd have been if my power went out at night, and i tried to use that lighter i had bought purely for that occasion and it simply never worked! That's a major minus point right there. I can't rely on that sort of thing, and i know it's safe, not just safer, but actually safe compared to storing a gas filled lighter and that was the selling point for me.When i seen how good it was, i showed it off to my friend who wanted one too. There's your word of mouth sale right there. Now people he knows, including family members also wanted one of these lighters, but that's around when his lighter stopped working and that was the end of the word of mouth sales right there.I don't say any of this as a dig at the company, but instead as constructive criticism because like i said before I'd still want this exact lighter. Please do consider hitting the drawingboard again and consider an all metal body with rubberised coating and look into the battery and charging function as to why it stops charging out of the blue. It's a cracking product you made here, don't let it die.

IMPORTANT!!!
This was a great lighter, its battery lasted ages and I have no problem with that. But beware, I left it plugged in to charge on the USB and it was sitting on my desk when it suddenly flared up from the end, white hot flame for about 2 seconds, then thick acrid smoke filled the room. This was the battery going postal. It was on a flat surface and didn't burn anything, but had this been charging on the floor I am certain the carpet would have ignited. NEVER LEAVE THINGS CHARGING WITHOUT BEING PRESENT. No harm no foul on this occasion and the lighter has served me well. But I will be buying a traditional gas filled lighter after this.
