I purchase many different Terrasoul foods and other than the occasional bad 'dried fruit' or 'nut', their food products are at the top of the scale. Although I don't use coconut flour as often as other kinds, it stays fresh. When I buy a twin pack, to save a few dimes, the unopened bag, plus half of the opened, goes in the freezer, to preserve freshness. Good for many things, I find coconut flour gives baked products, like pancakes, more fluff to it. The flour also imparts a slight coconutty taste to waffles, if other ingredients, like matcha, are not added. Good for cookies too. (Especially 'kitchen sink' type cookies!)

I was REALLY excited about this double pack of coconut flour. Coconut flour can be expensive and not all of it has the same flavor. TerraSoul Superfoods coconut flour has great flavor. I’ve used it in savory dishes like pizza dough and in sweet dishes like keto conchas. The price made this an even better buy for me. My local grocery stores only carry 1, sometimes they have 2 brands of coconut flour and they are very pricey here, so finding such a great quality for such a great price has definitely made me a loyal customer to TerraSoul. I have been nothing but VERY impressed with all of my purchases with TerraSoul Superfoods. I just recently changed my lifestyle for health reason, so having everything I’ve been looking for and can’t find in store and their great prices has really made this transition to a healthier lifestyle much easier for me.

This bag is a lot bigger than I was expecting and I am so pleased with my purchase! I was able to use this to accommodate not only gluten free baking needs, but I added this to a cake that had to be Gluten free, dairy free, nut free, egg free and soy free (whew!) and the change in the recipe by adding the coconut flour was exactly what it needed. It was delicious (even for someone like me who loves regular cake!). One thing to take note of with coconut flour is that it needs more moisture than regular flour or your goods will come out so dry they will choke you. Make sure you adjust the moisture content when baking with coconut! The flavor? Oh wow! It’s delicious. Light, delicious coconut flavor imparted to whatever you add this to and I love it! If you’re looking for a tasteless coconut flour this is not for you. However, the flavor isn’t overwhelming. I’m very happy with this purchase and will buy again and again!

I am not a fan of anything but fresh, just out of the shell, coconut. There' just something about the flavor and texture that doesn't agree with me. That being said, I'm working on getting into a keto diet, to lose weight and eventually become diabetes free. Now, while it does have a coconut flavor to it, it is not overpowering. It's a little more than a hint of coconut, but I find I can deal with it. Been using this, mostly, for baking keto banana bread. I recommend it for it's price per unit, compared to other sellers.

This is probably the best coconut flour that you can buy. It is a great value as well. The flavor and consistency is perfect. Since you only need a small amount for recipes, it is good to buy a large amount and freeze any extras that you have if you can. This is another excellent Terrasoul product!

I am buying this item on regular basis. It has a good fresh flavor and you can use it for partial substitution of regular floor. The only problem is that sometimes we are getting item with short shelf life left.

Great product for a great price! I gave this as a shower gift to a soon to be bride. Her soon to be husband is gluten free, so the request was for recipes and ingredients that are GF. This was perfect, gluten free, organic and a great value for two large bags of coconut flour. Thank you for supporting non profits like bee pollinators.

This stuff is great! It's an amazing product and suuuuuch a great price. This is A+ for low carb, gluten free, paleo, etc. baking! Just make sure that you don't try to sub this in for regular flour at a 1:1 ratio...coconut flour is way different than all purpose flour (or other common flours). I also love that it's certified organic! I mean...what more could you really ask for?
