This knife with a good package. We have been trying to chop the beef, chicken, fish, vegetables, etc. in the past week, very sturdy and sharp to use. Handle is comfortable. Good quality with reasonable price, Will recommend it to friends.

Despite that the knife is is economic and feels good in the hand, the lack of sharpness is undeniable. For a starter it is ok, but not as a professional knife!

In the past few weeks I used this knife to cut oranges and apples. These two fruits have relatively tough skins especially when they lose freshness and get little dried. The knife edge is sharp and hard. I can easily make clean smooth cutts without pushing the knife back and forth. I appreciated the good quality German steel plus the awesome wood handle.

I love this knife. Perfect size and chips and slices with ease. Great price too!! Easy to clean.Hand wash and just remember to dry it before putting it away. It’s a keeper!
