I have slumped forward as a result of knee pain and 2 knee replacements. Even though I was aware of my slumping, after several years of pain and recovery, it was difficult to remember to be more aware while going about daily activity. I would say the first couple of days you are wondering if its working. You continue to slouch and the bands stretch against your body causing a discomfort.Over a week you will automatically start putting your shoulders back in order to avoid the discomfort. IIts like an automatic reminder. Definitely worth getting as its better than continuing your badlazy habit that you started in the first place.

I have rounded shoulders so I bought this product to try. The size of it and comfort make it easy to be worn under or over clothes. I can feel it working my upper back after I remove it. You can take on and off yourself. I have limited flexibility so my wife does help getting it as tight as possible. If used routinely this definitely will help your posture.

I've experienced lots of relief in my back, I work 8 to 9 hours in a desj in front of a computer and even though I did stretching and exercise to reduce pain, never felt as good as now with the posture corrector.
