Good idea. However, the front of the box says "One A Day," but instructions tell you to take four a day. You would think that since it's from the makers of One A Day, that you should only have to take one a day. Just saying, a little bit of a let down to have to take four.

good product but the pills were all stuck together

I began taking 1 truheart with each meal about 8 weeks ago. My new Chol test reveals a lower overall score, my Tri's, and LDL, as well as an increase in the HDL. I'm sticking with it - 100 capsules is a better deal - . Even if it doesn't dramatically change my Chol levels - what you are taking sure won't hurt you. It's worth it for me to try more. Buy it online for sure - stores are double priced!
