This is NOT solid gold!
The description leads you to believe this is solid gold but it's silver dipped in gold. I eat through dipped and plated jewelry in less than 24 hours so it won't work for me. It is a cute ring so if you don't mind or have a problem with gold dipped or plated jewelry it's pretty, but I don't like that they omitted this info from the Amazon posting (you can see it on their site).

I like very simple, not gaudy jewelry and this was perfect for that. Would be great gift for promise ring or child. Love how it stands for the past, present, and future, which gives it even greater meaning. Very dainty but simple and beautiful.
