Managing to Learn

While the book is great, its binding quality is very poor. It fell apart before I could finish first reading. This book is meant to be read agagin and again.More so, this is about advanced quality coaching. The author is a celebrated person. This book should never be produced in the present paperback, perhaps a Spiral Bind, but I am not an expert.Hope you will act on this feedback
