BUY THIS BOOK. IT WILL CHANGE YOUR LIFE FOREVER.
First, I need to apologize for this ridiculously long review, but it comes straight from my heart....this book is a perfect 10 in my book. 5 stars is not enough.... here's why:I lost 30 pounds so far - just finishing my first cycle of 28 days and feeling absolutely amazing! So many people thought I was crazy to do this.... "oh, you are going to be hungry all day...", "you won't get enough nutrients..." etc. Well I have to say the total opposite is true. The amount of nutiriton I am getting now is massive. These juices are so nutrient dense, I couldn't take enough supplements to get the results I am seeing. I am now in charge of my hunger cravings and instead of eating to satisfy my taste buds or emotional cravings to eat for comfort, I eat for fuel. I feel light, my skin is clear and glowing, I am 52 and have more energy than my teenage son (probably from all the oxygen/nutrients from the dense greens), all my arthritis, bursitis and various aches and pains have gone away, no more symptoms of IBS, GERD, or problems with my hiatal hernia or my gut in general, I sleep like a baby (no more insomnia) my blood pressure is NORMAL (has been super high and doc was threatening me that he would drop me if I didn't take BP meds. Now he is in shock because all my blood values are off the charts awesome, my BP is normal and my heart rate is much lower than before.) All I can say is by following the plan in this book, I feel like I discovered the fountain of youth. Best investment I have ever made into my personal health. Yes, when you start, it's a bear to negotiate the juicer and everything. Yes, you will probably go through some kind of detox and feel like doggie doo for the first week or so. Yes, you will battle with your eating demons. Yes, I spend about $100 on the fresh fruits, veggies and yes, it takes a little time to juice them all every day. But the results are so worth the investment! I am vibrant and happy and living my life in a way I only dreamed about ...just a month ago! Which, just a month ago, I was in fear of having a significant health issue - all the warning signs were there - so instead of spending my money on doctor visits and medical tests and filling my body with a bunch of toxic drugs, I decided to once and for all put ME first. I have indulged in all the "good stuff" (food, drink) for years and it was robbing me of the enjoyment of my life (from being fat and sick all the time) and was maybe even about to take my life (stroke, heart attack...). I have had enough. I am supposed to be wise with my 52 years, but I wasn't acting very wise. That's all changed now. Now I am investing in my health and saving all the extra funds that would have gone to treat the diseases I was facing and will instead use it to buy new clothes and take fabulous trips when I have vacation time. This book gave me my life back. I highly recommend it to everyone. If you can get be your best self and persevere through the first 7-10 days, you will find yourself waking up one morning feeling on top of the world. It will all get even better from there. So buy this book and make it happen for yourself!!! It is possible - I am living proof!

Was okay
I was so amped to do this challenge and I did do it. The juices are okay, some better than others and some just hard to get down. The smoothies on each end of the day are always looked forward to. I lost over 20lbs during the challenge and I felt amazing all through it. The down sides are, you will be hungry, sorry, but that is the truth. You will miss food. I got tired of all my intake coming through a straw. I also started to view my juicer with a degree of trepidation. It is a lot of work. Over all, I am glad I did it. I don't know that I would ever do the 28 days again, but I definitely would do a week to detox and boost myself. Some of the smoothies are worth having as supplements to a normal diet. Very healthy.

It just works
I used the app with it and I loved it! Loved it is the wrong ? I lost 25lbs! Have to love that part. I cut the fruit in half most days or didn't add them at all. My drinks may have been bigger also . I drank the shot in the am and made my four drinks for the day at once in the a.m. four sixteen oz bottles. I love all veggies so this wasn't hard for me. I just couldn't except that one inch of broccoli stem and one asparagus stick was the overload of nutrition to get me through. So I always threw a few extra veggies. Yes you will get sick of the work to make the juices but by then you be losing weight and feeling great. First few days my skin looked so much better and I had energy even though I had to give coffee! I'm a forever juicer now.

Happy Days are Here Again!
I did the 28-day plan (not perfectly, but nearly so!). 70% of pain left my body. I lost 15 pounds, and 17.5". There were 2 or 3 juices I found a bit sweet for me so I cut the amount of apples or pears in those juices and was sure to drink water in between sips of juice. Monday through Friday I'm going to continue on with breakfast and lunch juices and having a "regular" meal in the evenings. On weekends, the plan is a breakfast juice and regular meals for lunch and dinner.

Great read. I'm currently 19 days in and feeling great. I don't know how much weight I have lost since part of the challenge is to not weigh yourself during it, but my belt has gone done three holes and my face is thinner. Looking forward to jumping on the scale and seeing. If you take on the challenge don't forget to measure yourself to compare against your ending numbers.

I have been SUPER JUICED!
I have been SUPER JUICED! This is an awesome juice plan. All the juices are great. If you are thinking about doing this plan GO FOR IT! You will be pleasantly surprised and not hungry. I lost 21 lbs. in 28 days. I am 68. A wonderful book with lots of nutrition info.

Go For It!!!
What a great experience! Watch the documentary Super Juice Me online for free (if you haven't already) and tell me you aren't inspired to change your lifestyle for 28 days and watch/feel the transformation in your mind and body. I completed the 28 day challenge two weeks ago and I continue to juice and or blend for breakfast and lunch. When you decide to take the challenge, I strongly encourage you to get the app. It has all the recipes, videos for each recipe, shopping lists, and great coaching videos. I lost 20 pounds, feel better than before I started, and there is no hunger pangs once you get past a few days and your body adjusts to receiving real nutrition like it is designed to. I would have lost more weight if I didn't suffer from chronic fatigue and was able to exercise more, but I still feel better than I have in a long time. Thank you Jason!

The documentary on Utube inspired me
I never was able to follow the juicing diet, altered it by having bowl of fruit for breakfast, for lunch I mix my veges and fruit in my little Ninga chopper, for dinned I have some protein and salad. I did it mostly for wt loss and from 132# I went down to 119. My initial hope was 7#. Never lost wt. by dieting and this was the most painless process. I still use it but don't want to loose any more wt. Now I add some carbs here and there.

Thank you so much Jason - we watched your documentary and purchased your book and are day 27 of 28 through completing it. I never thought I would ever have the self discipline to do this (being a total chocoholic) but reading through your book seriously was the catalyst. If you want to do the diet, you have to read the book first.

Life changing book
This book is one of the best books I have ever bought or read, life changing and I am on the 28 day plan now, it has a section for competing a daily diary that’s just great as I will be able to look back at my journey to health and weight loss.The juices are all super tasty and the plan so easy to follow, Jason is my hero and I hope to meet him one day, I could not be happier, the book has transformed my life for the better in every way.

Filler Pages but not a bad book.
Not sure I liked the self important tone of this book. Also a lot of filler pages in my view which may be interesting to some but I really just wanted a recipes book and some information on which water to drink etc. Maybe I missed it but when we exercise are we allowed to drink water? If so, which? Because tap water has muck in it too. The recipe pages aren't easy to navigate and the whole ebook doesn't read well in my view.There are stories about big people having gastric surgery etc and Jason's tone does seem a tad "you are stupid. I am bright".However, I did like the stuff about Big Pharma, but I already know about them and didn't buy the book to read it again. Filler pages for me. I would have loved the wall chart so I can see at a glance the recipes but I'm sure not paying for it.Also, honey is not vegan!

Wish i found this years ago
Love this! On week 3 and have lost one and a half stone. Was worried about what to do once the 28 days are over but the book explains many options to choose from. I did this for health reasons rather than weight loss (added bonus) my skin looks refreshed, my energy levels are up and I just feel overall healthy.

Love it, easy way to lose weight and stay full and healthy
The best juice plan by far, he is a genius. I have lost 2 stone in 1 month previously it took me 2 months to lose 1 stone. So tasty so filling so healthy. I feel amazing. Struggling to go back to food.
