Doesn’t work
Loved the look of it but it doesn’t work. It only flows down to the second layer than the smoke just goes out the sides. To bad!

The smoke doesn’t work like it is shown in the advertisement. It doesn’t go down to the bottom

More of an ornament
The smoke didn’t come down as displayed, even in a non ventilated room. More of a show piece than a functional one

Doesn't work
The idea is great, but the smoke doesn't usually "pour down" as indicated. More often than not, the smoke goes out the bottom of the cone, then forms random drifts upward, even in a still room. I have wondered if the thing needs "seasoning" of some type, as it works a bit better now that've used it a number of times. Still, it isn't particularly reliable. The incense cones that came with it are very nice, but they don't last long, because of the way that they burn. I wouldn't buy one for a friend.
