The thigh cuff is nicely padded 18" long, BUT you lose 6" when fastening the velcro closure. I work in an outpatient rehab clinic, and this was way too small for adult male. I would suggest the company include printed/visual instructions on how to attach it. I referenced the pictures on Amazon, but that is not convenient for clinic or the patient at home. Disappointed that I have to send it back, but it is way too small. Perhaps a tiny woman with skinny legs could use it.
