Excellent Resource!
As someone who is not (yet) a vegan I found this to book to be a very straightforward and practical guide to integrating some plant-based menu options to our diet. This book provides scientific evidence, wellness tips, lifestyle options, a buying guide and many simple and delicious plant-based recipes to optimize mental and physical health. Thank you!
