Massage Chair, Shiatsu Zero Gravity Full Body Luxurious Electric Massage Chair with Heating back Home and office (Brown)

I thought I would be waiting a couple weeks for delivery, arrived in 4 days, Delivery person carried inside for my wife as I was at work. My 12 year old grandson and his buddy opened boxes and assembled by themselves with me looking on. All I had to help with was pushing on the air tubes. They had a lot of fun trying it out first. Very good product. The only reason for a 4 star on comfort was I think it could use a little more padding for longer sitting, I suppose it is hard to combine a truly good massage and recliner in the same piece but this is pretty close. Value is definitely here

I bought this chair in April 2019. It worked fine until the neck rollers quit working around August 2019. I contacted Ootori about the chair's warranty, and that wasn't much help. They told me to contact the Amazon seller, so I did. After trading information with just a couple of emails to Bruces storefront, they shipped me a replacement back to the chair. I replaced the dysfunctional one with it, and the chair is as good as new. Their customer service was GREAT!!! The chair works well, and the rapid service for warranty work (no charge whatsoever) is greatly appreciated!

It's a nice chair which it had a little more padding Also wish the legs reclined more. Had problems with the arm not line up with hole for the screws The company did send me new arms to replacement.

The chair quality is nice . It was easy to assemble.I love it but wish I would have realized the entire chair did not vibrate as it was massaging. That was some what disappointing. Also the shoulder air bags don’t touch me anywhere 😩 . I am 5’3, so I guess this is for a taller person. Overall all I’d give it about a 7 . But for the price & quality it is worth it.

Back and seat definitely need better padding.

It helps with pain relief for me, but it was a gift for my grandmother. She finds it very uncomfortable and painful. She had to add extra cushion to it.

No padding on your back. The rollers rolling your back hurt so bad after 3 minutes, I had enough.
