No matter what I do, I cannot get two of the suction cups to stick to my smooth, tile wall. I followed all instructions as well as recommendations (rubbing alcohol, petroleum jelly, etc.), and nothing will make them stick. I purchased this to replace a similar product from another brand, and I was really hoping to be able to actually use it.EDIT: While I was not able to get these suction cups to work for for me, the customer service representative was extremely helpful, kind, and knowledgeable. She contacted me via email and offered suggestions to help the suction cups "stick." When I was unable to use the product, I was refunded without having to even ask or go through a hassle. This product has great reviews, so the problem may have been something different on my end. Overall, AMAZING customer service!

The actual storage area is only 14"wide and 13" in depth, a great deal smaller than I thought it would be! Other than that it is exact color in picture, great quality, comes with 2 sets of suction cups, 1 lg & 1 sm so if you have heavier toys they won't fall off of the wall! Not to mention the quality of the suction cups! They're great! Was surprised, I had figured on using a command strip set but so far so good, but, my grandbaby hasn't been in the tub with it yet, will see if she pulls it off the wall next week! If she does, I will edit my review!

Initially, I loved this! The suction cups seems really strong and the toys were able to drip dry. However, after several months of owning this, the suction cups come off every couple of weeks. Now, one suction cup actually broke. We barely even touch this because my son doesn't play with bath toys very much, so it's extra disappointing that a suction cup would completely break.One thing that might be good for this product is to have a plastic zipper on top. I imagine that this would be helpful for other families that might take their bath boys on travel. We don't do that, but I think it would be a good feature for other families.

The one we had kept falling off, so we started to look for a new one, and came across this one that talked about extra strong suction cups. The reviews look good and pictures show stronger looking suction cup set, so we decided to give it a try. I expected that we'll get one set of suction cups, but we received two different sets with different sizes. So, if you have a smaller tiles it will still work well. Now that I look at the pictures again, it makes sense, but initially I just assumed that we'll receive one set. So, that was a small but nice surprise. The mesh is made with a strong quality material. The old one we had kept falling off and it started to have little holes, not enough for things to fall out, but it was starting to get there. This one feels much sturdier from the get-go. The material seemed stronger, so I couldn't help it but kind of pulled it hard with both hands and it held up fine. I kind of thought "yeah right" with the picture holding up shampoos and other toiletries in their pictures, cuz our old one kept sliding down even with some few toys, but the cups are actually strong enough to do it. Overall I'm really satisfied with this purchase, especially with the price point. I hope they don't raise the price, cuz I'm liking it a lot more than the one I paid 15 dollars for it. I wouldn't have thought that these kinds of basic products will make themselves differentiate from others with quality, but I'm impressed with these subtle but enjoyable upgrades they made.

Great customer service! Long story short, I had an issue, THEY contacted ME and we got it resolved (read the issues and fixes below).The mesh is durable and dries quickly. I like the navy blue color and that you can take the organizer bag off the hooks without removing the suction cups- which hold very well. I would definitely recommend this product. It's so simple and works really well.At first, one suction cup continually fell off within a few hours of being stuck to the wall. I wrote a review about it and immediately got a customer service email asking me to do a few things before they tried to refund me (which was great because I hadn't even asked for a refund). They listed off some things I could do, and I tried 3 things that I hadn't before and seemed like they made the most sense: 1. Cleaned the surface with rubbing alcohol, 2. Put just a little bit of coconut oil (they suggested an oil or petroleum jelly) on the suction cups before adhering and 3. Actually waiting the recommended 24 hours to put items in the organizer (I had originally waited about an hour- right after my kids took a bath). What a difference! Suction cups hold extremely well now. I used the 3" suction cups right off the bat, knowing I wanted to store shampoo as well as toys, and even with the heavier items it hasn't budged yet. I am using the 2" suction cups as loofah holders at the moment- so there are no suction cups floating around the house unused in case I need them later.

Big is good. But it came with four suction cups and the two smaller ones don't seal... The big ones lock into place to hang from the side wall as you'd think. The small ones don't snap down the same way at all and kind of stick straight out but insecurely like they should be hung from the ceiling? I'm not sure. The insert said instructions should have been sent separately but I haven't received anything yet.

Three months after I first hung this organizer, following the instructions to a T, one of the suction cups came off of the wall. That said, I don't think I have seen a suction cup hold up to that much weight for so long. I am very glad that we bought this organizer.UPDATE: We have since moved, and this organizer continues to hold its own weight on a fiberglass tub (we had tile before). I wasn't perfect with the installation this time, so one suction cup eventually did come off, but just the one time. I love that my son can stand up and pick out his toys from the organizer, too. Still happy I bought this!
