After placing my order for a *new* drum for my ML-1710, making sure to skip the offers that were remanufactured, I got a seperate e-mail from the company stating my order for a "remanufactured" drum had shipped. So far it works ok

I need to keep track of all the copies and printing I do, so I can compare and see if I get close to the number of copies as the OEM.

The replacement toner cartridge arrived quickly and I started to use it in my Samsung ML1740 around the 2nd week of Feb. The black ink was a little bit on the light side, but I wasn't expecting much for a replacement toner cartridge. Its now mid May, and the page is very light and barely legible. I've used a number of replacement toner cartridges in the past, and each one would last for 9 - 12 months based on my basic family printing needs. This one will probably go dry next month, so 3-4 months is ridiculous even for a replacment toner cartridge.

It fits the printer. It works.No attributes (no capacity listed), only disclaimers i.e., not OEM, not associated with any printer manufacturer.May be able to evaluate in a year.

Doesn't print very dark black. It's only been a few hundred pages and it's getting gray.On the plus side, it's discounted 75% compared to OEM.

This cartridge seems to work fine and does the job for 1/3 the price of the more expensive cartiridges. We use these little bread box printers from Samsung exclusively now because the toner is so affordable. I would definately recommend this product.

Cheap?...yup...and you get what you pay for. I got this back in January...Installed it in March. No matter what settings I change I can NOT get this cheap toner to print dark enough to read the text on the page. Now I have to trash it and buy another one...this time a REAL ONE. I actually bought another printer with a toner thinking maybe it's my printer. After reading the other reviews I have come to realize it's not my printer...nor my settings...it's the cheap toner cartridge.

Works better than the OEM. The original Samsung cartridge has never given satisfactory print quality, so was surpirsed that this one cured all the problems of fading, fuzzy outlines, and generally poor quality. Will be re-ordering!
