My phone charger is inside the bag with the cord charger attachment, I can carry my phone in my pant pocket without me having to carry the charger outside the bag.While traveling overseas, getting in and out if vehicles, I could tighten or loosen up the straps very easy. This is my first compact backpack. After researching (size, reviews, price, quality, and practicality) I am glad I selected this backpack. Everything is holding together still. Would buy again.

This backpack is very stylish, not too big/bulky, and it has plenty of storage space for a laptop, tablet(s), books, and/or anything else you need to take with you on the go. I have used this backpack for work on occasion (though I usually prefer a messenger-style bag or briefcase for work), I've also used this backpack for hiking as well as biking. I definitely will use this backpack for traveling too. I have tested the backpack for water resistance and it passed! (Heavy rain is A-OK, I do not recommend submerging this backpack however). The USB charge are definitely a huge plus! I highly recommend this backpack.

I use it everyday for work. It carries a laptop, comp pad, full wireless key board and mouse, battery power bank, 50 pens (I inadvertently collect them) glasses case, wallet, first aid kit, water bottle and whatever else I collect for the week. Everything is still as great as it was when I first got it. The zippers and straps are all in great working order. I absolutely love this backpack and it will be a sad day when it needs to be replaced.

I am in love with this backpack. It's very sturdy, The straps are comfortable when wearing the pack, and the seams are flexible and don't cut into my arms. The fabric is the water resistant material you find on good quality backpacks. All pockets have large capacity. The zippers are smooth, and it's easy to open. I'm can say that I like every feature about this backpack so far.

My friend bought this backpack for me and I LOVE it!!!! I was so tried of carrying a smaller backpack and a laptop bag. I have had it for over 2 months, It really does hold A LOT, just make sure its not all heavy stuff like I did! Charging port on the outside is AMAZING!!! it has several secret compartments that I love so I can divide items up and not accidentally pull my whole life out for the world to see. HIGHLY recommend this backpack for travelers, busy business and more!

I bought this backpack for a 3 day trip in Washington DC, and it was great for this trip! I found it great for traveling, did not slide off my back, and was just the right size! I cannot really talk bad about it, it had enough pockets and stored really easily under the seat on the air plane.

Don't know if this is normal, or a quality control issue, but my backpack came with many loose threads along the top seams. Not the end of the world, but definitely wish there was a little bit more time and care in manufacturing.
