In 2012, I partook in a tough mudder 14 miles race. At the end of it, because I had terrible allergies, I caught pneumonia and had it for one and a half years. I had severely damaged my left lung and had scarring which makes it hard to breathe, especially if I exercise. I also wheeze if I have severe allergies or do any exercising. A friend recommended me this product and I'm really impressed with how quickly it works. I mean as soon as you inhale the powder, it works immediately. Even better, the powder from one capsule will last more than a day. It stops me from wheezing, sneezing, and coughing. I've also noticed that it gives me extra energy when I go to the gym. I'm not qualified to say how it works for asthma, but for allergies, or if you have a damaged lung like me, it's a miracle worker.

I just received this today and it works, however, be prepared when you breath in to cough really bad! Wasn’t expecting it to be that strong. Made me wonder if they are actually ok to be breathing in. But once the coughing spell was over i was fine. Small breaths in until you get used to it is recommended!

Amazing product to have on hand in case of emergency ! Affordable alternative to the pricey “EPI pen” this is truly amazing to have available and at a fraction of the cost , especially if you don’t have insurance !

As someone with seasonal allergies this was the best product I could find after trying it all! The capsules are easy to insert and inhaler is small enough to fit in my pocket.

This product does not work in anyway the same way the inhalers you get from your Dr. I was hoping it would be an alternative but it is not effective I hope it works for other allergy suffers.

Prima-flow was easy to use and helped with my asthma
