This product simply does not work:it will only switch on when there is no SIM fitted, when an activated SIM (Giffgaff as advertised) is fitted attempts to switch on are met with a "welcome screen" that flashes on and off, after that the any input is met with no response or flashing all white or the "welcome" picture on the screen and nothing else. All attempts to call the watch fail. Attempts to register the watch with the vendor's Android app also fail.

Pros: does the job and tells the time. Can call easily and voice is clear on both ends...so call function is quite good. SOS button activates after pressing it for a few seconds.Cons: Was a bit fiddly to set up in the app. You have to store the phone numbers via the app into the watch phone book and it kept saying networking problem so it wouldn't save. There wasnt a network problem. So I had to keep on trying till eventually I was able to store. The tracker is way off by at least a mile and a half. It doesn't provide the right location for my son wherever he is which was a big disappointment. Sending voice recorded msgs are quite easy via the app but actual typed msgs dont seem to work. The watch itself is quite babyish in design. More suited to younger kids. The same watch was available for half the price but I only paid £20 extra because of the gps tracker but that doesn't work so it was a waste of money.

Worst product I have ever bought on Amazon. I purchased the SIM card recommended but the watch constantly tells me it’s offline. I have been through all the help tutorials but nothing has fixed the problem. I believe like other reviewers I have a faulty watch. Do not waste your money!!!

Is the baddest choice I ever made. The GPS is not working, the watch loose the signal and showing as offline most of the time, poor camera. Useless :(Not recommended at all.

The phone sim does not work, camera and battery life is not good. Very sad I bought this, I should I tried returning before the date of return, can I return now? The nano sim is not detected ease guide or allow returns

This doesn't eveen work there doesn't allow there sims to work in this watch it's also set up to USA not GB regret buying don't do it

I gave it to my 10 yr old son and he is so happy with it... he likes both gaming . lights, camera and digi watch as well
