VERTOR VT 48"x48"x80" Horticulture Reflective Mylar Hydroponic Grow Tent with Observation Window and Floor Tray for Indoor Plant Growing 4x4 (for 4 Plants)

I was a little worried about ordering a tent on amazon, as I’ve heard a lot of them are terrible quality. I did a lot of research and it seemed like this one was going to be a decent, but it’s way better than that. My friend has a gorilla tent and I don’t notice any difference between this and the gorilla. The zippers are what really blew me away, they’re some of the most rugged zippers I’ve ever seen! Be careful though, there’s little flaps behind the zippers to cover them up from the inside, and if you’re not careful they can get stuck in the zipper and it’s not easy to get out. If you just make sure the door is always on the inside while zipping it up, the flap will be behind the zipper and you won’t have to worry about it. If the door is hanging outside the tent and you try to zip it up it’ll probably get stuck.I love how it has vents literally everywhere, up high, down low, and on all sides as well as the roof. No matter how you want to set your tent up this will allow you to do it exactly as you want. I wish the viewing window was a little bigger but not the end of the world.I took a star away for set up as it was pretty difficult for me just because the space I had was almost exactly 4x4, and the doorway wasn’t big enough for this to fit though. So it was quite a fast putting it together haha. If I had more room it wouldn’t have been that bad, I’d probably have given it 5 stars.

Have been using this then for several weeks now: updated 10/16 the second tent is full of leaks, but the seller resolved the issue in a professional and quick manner. Still 5 starsI decided to purchase this after my original 2x4x6 became too low for my plants. I chose this because of the price point. I was concerned the price point would reflect the quality. I was happily surprised.The tent shows no signs of light leaks in OR out. And I am very particular about this because of my location. The zippers are very solid, although they are tough to pull. Assembly was simple, directions are fairly easy to understand as well.I also need to mention that I have an hps light, 2 fans, AND a heavy carbon filter and I see zero signs of excess flex. I’m impressed with weight capacity.I would absolutely recommend this tent and will be buying a second one for my next grow setup.Edit: a few pin holes but holding up excellent. Awesome tent, a little confusing to put together. Works great!

Only complaint is that I would have preferred larger diameter frame poles.

Overall, this grow tent is a solid deal, if you are willing to put some time in to sealing all the pinprick light leaks. The zippers are not smooth pulling at all, and there is no hook to hold the door back when you are working with your plants. If you need a tent with no light leaks and smooth zippers, I would not recommend this one. It is working for now, but I have spent a lot of time and black tape trying to find every pinhole. I have a smaller Vivosun tent that is much higher quality. I pulled the trigger on this one because this size wasn't available from other sellers.

I don’t see light leaks, but that can certainly change after a few months of zipper function. Compared to my other tent it’s lesser quality. The zipper is ok not great. The material is ok not great. The stitching looks good. I wish the upper vertical poles had locking pins. I tapped mine with gorilla tape. For the price the tent is good. I do think for an extra $20 you can get a better quality tent. The vents on the bottom are double lined, which is good. The viewing window is a cool feature. I was in a pinch and needed another tent the next day. If you’re in my position go for it. Other than that it’s a C+ tent.

So far so good no light leaks my main concern going threw 3 tents in the last 3 years. All 3 basically ended up with duck tap all over. I mean yes duck tap is a mans best friend but only so much you can take. Best tent and easy to set up. 4 by 4 80 inch tall put together with ease. Great vents perfect tent. If I need another I’ll be buying this quality tent.

Full of light leaks and the window is hard to seal after opening. However, if you are able to darken the entire room, it gets the job done. Not bad for the price.
