I just received my band a couple days agao and had no issues with it. I know there are a few negative reviews possibly they got a bad watch band. I was a bit skeptical after I ordered because of some of the reviews.Once I received my band I removed two links using the tool and have had no issues, so far everything is fine. This is just my experience.

It was a little hard to install and after it was installed it did come loose once but after I reinstall it haven't had any trouble since and I like it very much

This watch band is everything I've been looking for over the past several months. I've been desperate to find a black, metal, engineer style, butterfly clasp, quick disconnect watch band for the Galaxy watch; it's practically perfect. The only issue being that they only make it for the 46mm version! The picture for this watch band looks like it is for the 42mm Galaxy watch because it appears to be all black at first glance. I was so excited when I found this that I didn't even hesitate, I ordered it right then and there. It wasn't until after it shipped that I took a closer look at the listing and realized that they only make it for the 46mm watch. The picture wasn't the only reason I assumed that it was for the 42mm watch, they also make another style of metal watch band for both the 46mm and 42mm watch band. So one would assume that when you're looking at the 42mm version of that other watch band, then see the engineer style band and expect that to also be available for both the 42mm and 46mm sizes, nope! I was so close to finding the perfect metal watch band for my Galaxy watch, but I guess they decided they didn't want to make it for both sizes for some stupid reason.

Great fit, easy to install. Fits as promised comes with tool to remove or install watch links. Comfortable to wear. Very durable

Dresses up the G-Watch a whole lot! Lots of compliments saying how it doesn't look like a smart watch, but a classy wrist piece decidedly from this metal cuff. A little tight on my wrist (even after adjusting with 6 links on each side, although 7 is too much slack), but I prefer the watch to stay put anyway. Doesn't pull the wrist hair at all, even at the gym. The only thing better than this cuff is the black metal with red sandalwood.
