Super easy to set up. Looks very attractive. Good output for an electric powered heater

Purchased it for my husband for Christmas 2021. It has stopped working. No heat at all. Can’t find a customer service phone number. Is it still under warranty? Can we return it for a new one? Need help please.

I have updated this review as the vendor did quickly offer a replacement or refund. I have opted for the refund while I research further. 1 Star cause I could not give it less. Light works heat DOA. Very disappointed. Was counting on this item for the Labor Day weekend. Also, don't be fooled by Kohl's returns. This is not available so I must transport a $200 defective item to UPS store to ship.

This heater seems well constructed, and it looks good, but it is essentially a small tabletop heater made to seem bigger by the addition of a light at the top. I did not expect it to throw heat like a big propane heater, but I DID expect to feel some warmth on a cool night, and it did not deliver. We tested this under the mildest of outdoor conditions: A calm evening with no wind, with temperatures in the mid 60s (about 18 degrees celcius). Even in this mild environment, you couldn't feel the heat unless you held your hands within a few inches of the heater.Those giving this heater high ratings must be using it in an enclosed or partially enclosed environment. It is really useless outdoors.

This product is awesome!! Hung it on my deck. The heat was amazing on cold nights.

I bought this as an alternative to our gas patio heater, which eats propane. This patio heater is beautiful to look at and provides a nice ambient lighting at night. It can be used with the heater and light or just the light or heater. It is not a heater that heats a large area, so it's not going to warm you if you aren't sitting close to it. I was disappointed in the heat level, but it will knock the chill off if the temperatures aren't too cold and you are sitting really close. If you're looking for nice ambient lighting, this is great. If you're looking for something to output lots of heat in a wide area, this isn't what you're looking for. Set us was super easy: adding the base to the main unit which took about 5 minutes. Everything is included; screws and allen wrench. I contacted the seller with a question about the heater; they quickly replied to my question.

This unit liked nice and provided ok heat when it was close to you.After one season/winter of use the switch melted making the unit unusable.Definitely not worth $200/year to keep purchasing them.

Have two and they work fine. Ambient heat .....just remember:Watts/Volts =Amps required at your outlet ! So you need at least a 15 amp outlet for one .... nice looking also!
