I’ve been taking mass gainers for a while but wanted something without maltodextrin, and I was gaining way too much belly fat. Select Smart Mass is WAY easier on my stomach and tastes great on its own. I also mix with banana, peanut butter, avocado, and chia seeds for extra gains. Over the past month I’ve lost said fat, while keeping and slightly increasing lean muscle. A winner in my opinion!

I mean just wow! I love this product. I was searching for a mass gainer that would:- be easier on my stomach (most mass gainers have maltodextrin which causes severe digestive upset in those who already have a compromised one)- vegan- had more calories and protein than regular whey proteinI chose this one because almost all mass gainers are going to disrupt my sensitive digestive system, I just needed one that would disrupt it less. A few things I noticed:- This still makes me bloated so I try to never drink this before bed.- I get very gassy- I tend to feel extremely full after drinking this- there’s also a lot less powder than what they advertise.- you have to put a ridiculous amount of powder in the drink it’s actually insane 🤯 lolThe reason I love this product and will stick with it:- I’ve always been good at gaining weight but maintaining it has been a huge struggle. I’ve only bought this mass gainer once and since I used it, my body weight hasn’t dropped below my goal weight since and it’s been over a year. Even when I’m not being consistent with my diet and the gym, my body is still holding onto the weight better than it ever has before.- I seen results almost immediately. I know that sounds like a stretch but I’m already a gym fanatic, so my results probably came faster because my body is already working toward goals. After my first couple of days I gained weight quickly. I went from 125 to 135 lbs in about a week and a half.- I found that I didn’t need to drink this every single day. A couple times a week was more than enough for me. After a heavy leg day or glute day, I’d drink this and the next day I would notice changes (along with my other supplements and diet).- this is a product you’ll only need to buy a couple times if not once if you’re strategic about using it effectively. After seeing how well this mass gainer works, I put together a comprehensive plan for my next bulk phase where I included other supplements/vitamins, meal plans, and other body sculpting procedures, for maximum results. I will update after my phase to show my results.- What I also like is that even though there’s mass gainers out there with way more calories and protein, this gave me everything I needed and still added a boost to my calorie surplus. I would have loved more calories but honestly, this did the trick and was better for my digestive system than mass gainers with maltodextrin.In conclusion, this product isn’t perfect but it’s the best one I’ve found for my particular situation and I’m going to stick with it for my next bulk phase. 4 stars ✨Ps. I googled the ingredients, I didn’t find any of them to be alarming in the toxicity scale. All of the ingredients have been approved by the fda as well.

If you are truly trying to bulk its a semi ok gainer...really depends on goals...400+ calories isnt really a legit gainer shake IMO. However not having the malodextrin is nice and keeps the belly size under control with intense training. Taste is pretty good...however it is a bit chalky. If you can mix in blender instead of shaker bottle.

This product contains, Guar gum, sucralose, Acesulfame, and many other ingredients that is un pronounceable any many more harmful ingredients! I look up all the ingredients and they will destroy your health , also it cause me bloating n stomach issues the stomach does not like this product,,! I immediately discontinued

The macronutrient composition of this mass gainer is well-balanced and effective for weight gain. However, the texture of the mixed product could be improved; the ingredients don't feel as if they were any better than the competition (as claimed). Although I'm not sure if the glycemic index can be "felt" in a food or supplement, this felt not only sweet but also sugary. Another issue I had was that the drink separated when left for a moderate amount of time (20-30 minutes), which I think could potentially affect its digestion and could be inconvenient for slow drinkers. The absence of fats could also be a drawback as most people who buy a mass gainer need a good amount of fats anyway. Adding olive oil made the separation worse for me. For the price, they could add a high-quality fat source such as MCT oil. Overall, I had high hopes for this maltodextrin-free mass gainer as it had a good amount of protein, and I love other PEScience products, but I didn't enjoy this one. I give it three stars for its potential effectiveness for mass gain, but it could be improved in terms of texture, separation, and fat content.
