Printrbot 1411 3D Printer, Dual Extruder, 10" x 10" x 10" Build Volume

Amazon shipped me a single extruder model 1412 after a 100 day wait, and would only refund my purchase price, not supply the ordered dual extruder item. Even the box said dual extruder on two separate labels! Given the price I suspect a sloppy product description, and no desire to correct it. I kept the single so as to not wait any longer, and will have to wait for a dual extruder upgrade, not yet available.The printer itself is nice, great construction and works OK right out of the box (after I tightened one of the Z drive coupler setscrews and went through the extruder auto-leveling set-up). Surprising, as the unit was shipped without any padding, just dropped in a plastic bag and into a single wall box.Not a product for someone who is not ready and able to search out how to use it. All the instruction, manuals or support is on you to find online. Hopefully the instructions for the Simple Metal with the D Printrboard will apply, because the Metal Plus has slim mention on the Printrbot site currently. But compared to other products in the space this is offers a solid value for little coin for the DIY printer.Printrbot support of the purchase of the heated bed upgrade has been great, good communication and bonus items in lieu of delayed parts and retro fits to make it work better, I'm v. happy with that.
