I work in the healthcare and have to deal with a bunch of old farts whom hate tattoos. The sleeve is breathable, comfortable and flexible. I love it and no regrets.

Thankfully visible tattoos aren't an issue where I work, but we have a mobile unit and when I run the outside clinic, I get a ton of sun exposure. Sunblock helps, but these provide much more protection. I'm 5ft 10, 130lbs and the XS-S fit almost perfect. I have long arms, but my scrub sleeves came down well past the seam and didn't show skin. Definite bonus since I'm in Texas and I don't have to wear a full undershirt to keep the sun off my arms. I chose white since it reflects more UV, but am considering purchasing two of the nude color to have a backup pair for when the white gets dirty and needs washing. The tops stayed in place the whole day, and considering I handle all breeds of dogs during my shift, I was definitely impressed. Only complaint was the under seam down the arm can get a bit itchy, but after the initial day, plus a wash, that seemed much better. So far, it's a quality product and I hope it continues to be!

I had previously purchased the forearm version of this product and was very satisfied. In effort to better cover my tattoos at work I decided to purchase the long sleeve version for wear during the summer, when we wear short sleeves. That said, I was not completely satisfied with this purchase. After two 12 hour days of wear, the sleeve had stretched to the point which required me to use a rubber band to hold it up.Additionally, upon receiving a feedback request by the company I detailed my complaint. In response I was sent an email from a representative stating that the company was sorry for the issue. The email also indicated that a replacement would be sent out. After just over a month no replacement has been sent.Despite the issue with the product I would still suggest it to others. It is relatively comfortable and the tanned tone matches my skin well. However, the only way I can still use the product is with the aid of a rubber band to keep it up. With that in mind, I will say I am disappointed with the company’s response. Although I did not send feedback in with the goal of getting a replacement, I would expect the company to stand by their offer once it was made. Unfortunately that did not happen.

I wear this for police work. My TQ sits below it and the Velcro destroys it pretty quick making it look bad. Not their fault though. The top has a nice grip that holds onto your skin, I’m not a big dude but got the small and it was wayyyy to small. Got the medium and it’s a little to big, the grip literally tears your arm up leaving, not exaggerating, open wounds on your arm. Fold the grip back and then you have a comfortable sleeve, but constantly have to pull it up. Overall disappointed. I will say the fabric quality is nice.

Does what it’s supposed to do, while looking fairly natural, but it is ridiculously hot to wear, especially for someone in healthcare who never stops moving. Luckily though, tattoos are becoming more accepted as more and more baby boomers die...

Good product, thick enough to cover my tattoos and they stay up all day thanks to the rubbery elestic band at the top of the sleeve. I got the brown ones to wear for work at UPS and they keep me warm when its cold, and cool when its hot out. I definitely suggest getting these!

With the xs/s The top part is tight on my fat arm but fits just right down my arm and wrist....with the m/l it fits good at the top and loose toward my wrist...I ordered both a xs/s and m/l ... I’ll be returning the m/l

I bought this product for my grandson. He has tatooed arms and it is required to have them covered while on the job. He really likes the length and how they fit. He is a large size 25 yr old and it is not all muscles. {Shhh, I didn't say that?} What I'm trying to say is that I chose a size 2XXL and it fit comfortably. He is very pleased with the choice I made. Me too!

Got what I wanted. Covered tattoo as necessary. Work place hardly noticed a difference.
