Really Nice
This Skymarks model by Daron is really nice quality. I had no problem with the super easy assembly. The plane is solid plastic, not hollow and has a nice bit of weight to it. The details, printed not decals, are crisp and clear. The wings are not as detailed as a higher end model but then again it cost $100 less than those types of models. All in all I am extremely happy. The only small complaint that I could find was the forward landing gear slips in and out of the socket instead of staying firmly in like the rest of the gear. Nothing a drop of glue cannot remedy. I have already ordered two more Skymark's models and I'm waiting for them to be delivered, so this one obviously impressed me enough.

Beautiful Pan Am 747 - Daron Skymarks hit this one out of the ball park.. again! Very detailed model, well built & delivered fast. Great new piece for my collection

Nostalgia
Great gift for my wife who used to work for Pan Am. Easy to assemble, quality is really good.

Very beautiful model! (With downsides)
Shipping was quick and easy, packaged well in the box also. The model itself is decently detailed, and is adequately heavy. All parts fit together well. With exception of the wings and engines; the former aren’t perfectly flush with the body (fuselage), and the latter was very difficult to attach to the wings, 2 of them were at least. At the bottom of the model, there are some scratch marks, which I am rather confused as to how they got there as this is a brand new model. From what I’ve seen from some other reviews here, other fellow buyers of this product had the same or similar issue. In conclusion, despite its downsides, I really like this model! I think for this price of approximately $60USD, it’s worth it. For anyone thinking about buying this model, I do recommend!

Conversational center piece.
Love the attention to originality with detailing. Looks like the real thing. Made for hours of conversation with with old airline people and friends over for entertainment.
