Could be better. Cut and paste from Google search. Not formatted text. Some exotic ingredients. What for example is chocolate coffee grounds? Having created several Amazon books, I can say little effort went into this book.

Some great ideas, but it lacks pictures. If this was on a shelf at Barnes and Nobles, I wouldn't even consider it. Gave it away as a gift and went looking for another book.

Alright recipes. Nothing entirely special about this book that you couldn't find on the internet or YouTube for free though. If you are going to make hot sauce after the fall of technology post Armageddon, then maybe this book would be more valuable.

I love the book it has so many recipes for me to try. I will reccomend the book to everybody.

The hot sauce recipes here are awesome! Some of them are hot enough to bring tears to the devil's eyes! This book is a great start for the hot sauce lover!

Not a single photo of the sauces inside. The book was printed on cheap paper. No ability to lay the book flat, despite the fact that it’s intended for use in the kitchen.

This is exactly as titled. Recipes only, no commentary of any sort anywhere. Name, ingredient quantity list, brief instruction that's it.

I thought this was going to be about making hot sauce, it's about taking taking Franks & making something I guess different. It would be much better for kindling.

If you want sauce recipes with no information about origin, what to use with etc. this is not the book. Recipes plain and simple.
