These heavy duty wheels have a cumulative (when you install all 5) weight capacity of 500 lbs.They were a perfect fit and it was super easy to remove the old casters and insert these. It took about 5 minutes, and they work great on a hardwood floor.An very economic alternative to replacing the entire chair.

I ordered these to replace the wheels that came with my plus size chair when one broke. I have now had these for several weeks and they work great. Good for heavier people and easy to install.

I recently purchased the Rutherford office chair from Staples. While the chair is fine, I had it assembled at the store. When I picked it up, the base fell and two wheels broke on my driveway. Not only are replacement wheels from Staples more expensive, but they are all Out Of Stock. This tells me that wheels are a big problem for Staples office chairs. These wheels fit perfectly, even though the wheels themselves are a little bigger than the originals. I'm very happy with these replacements!

I spent a lot of time looking at the choices for wheels for my desk chairThere are a lot of choices and I read a lot of reviewsIt is somewhat confusing and it’s not an item that I had any reference for as to qualitySo I read and reread, measured my chair diameter and length of the ones I had, and diameter of the hole for insertionI learned a little from reading a few answers to questions about some wheels I looked atThese are working ok so far, have them a couple of monthsThe chair rolls well enough on a low pile carpet which is an area rug, pile is not as low as it would be on a commercial carpetI have my chair many years and it took a long time for the wheels to breakThe one thing I found over the years was sometimes dirt and hair got trapped in the wheels and they would stick, so I looked at the wheels I had and they didn’t have the “hood” you see on theseI wanted wheels without this extra covering to minimize stuff getting in there but for a shorter height I wanted I could not find ones without too many negative commentsAnyway, I ended up taking a chance on these and they work well enough on the carpetI used to have a plastic chair mat and I suspect they would roll better on that but for my purposes they work

Wheel from one of my Lay-z-boy office chairs broke in half. Pick up a bag of these wheels and they fit right in, no stiffness or noise from them. Can't ask for much more.

original wheel to DXRacer broke, and this product is a perfect fit. Have to change all of them though, not only 1, a bit bigger
