Dermoscent 6 Spot On Skin Care Extra Large Dogs 44-88 lbs (20-40kg)

I bought one package for my blue Doberman that has had skin issues since birth. She gets bumps on her skin that are caused by staph (usually). She has been on and off antibiotics since birth (she will be two years old in 5 1/2 months). She lost a lot of fur and was itchy and her skin was super smelly and gooey when I would rub my hand up and down her back. Since we started using this, her fur has grown back a LOT, she went weeks without a bath (less stink, no bumps), and less itching. I do apply some coconut oil to her when she is itchy but it's not nearly as bad. I just switched her over to the same food my other Dobe and chihuahua are on and she has had NO problems. This is from a $95 25 lb bag of crappy prescription food. Less flaking and NO BUMPS. I just ordered a second one of these because I was doing a lot of other things. This next month will be the true test with the regular food (grain free) and being off antibiotics (she was just on another course for a UTI). I will report back.

I decided to try this product for my Newf puppy who was having some issues with patches of dry skin and hot spots, and it is awesome.In less than a month, his hot spots are entirely gone, he is dandruff free, and his coat production has increased. Our boy is now fluffy and happy with lots of shiny fur, and is licking himself much less! The smell of the product has not been particularly strong, but I do notice that it helps keep the stinky dog smell down.My pup is a big boy (over 90 lbs), and I decided to try giving him the large dog treatment every 5 days to start; this has worked out so far. I may, at some point, try combining the small and large dog doses. I wish that they would come out with a larger dose for XL dogs to make treatment easier for our giant babies!

I use this on my white english bulldog who has had LOTS of allergy issues. He lost a lot of hair on his side one spring. Had $500 worth of test done at the vet. They recommend this oil. It has been a game changer!!! All his hair came back and he is very soft. Love this product!!! And FYI we can not use "frontline" because of reactions, so i was scared to use this on him at 1st. Glad we found a product that works!!!

This stuff will not work if your dog has chronic skin allergies. I got this product and tried it for two weeks. It did nothing while using it in conjunction with vegetarian based dog food. What is worth noting is chicken is a common allergen to dogs. After using an entire box with no benefit seen what so ever I stopped using it. Nothing changed then either so the product did nothing. Just go get the Apoquel and save yourself a ton of money spent on Vet bills. It also saves your dog from suffering endlessly using products that don't work.

I don't leave a lot of reviews but this product was worth coming back for. My 2 years old silver lab has struggled with extremely thin, see-through-to-his-skin fur for the past year. The breeder couldn't figure out why, we had tried all kinds of brands of salmon oil and vitamins, nothing was working and my poor pup was freezing the second Fall hit. Finally the vet recommended this product, and thyroid testing. I opted to try this product first to save money.We are not on week 4 of the first box (she recommended doing 2 runs back to back) and I'm BLOWN AWAY at his fur coat! It's noticeably thicker, I can't see his skin anymore, and it's soft as can be. Im not buying anymore of that expensive salmon oil, I'll be using this in the future. Truly, I would recommend this product to anyone and I hope it's never discontinued!

Since I became pregnant with my 2nd child, I developed an extreme allergy to my dogs, if they rubbed up against me I would almost instantly break out in hives, the itching was unbelievable. I started one of them on Dermoscent after the vet prescribed it to us to regrow some missing fur from stress, I saw a significant regrowth very very quickly which was awesome, it also smells really nice to me. But the best part was I started to notice that I didn't have to hop in the shower and scrub my body in Dawn dish soap and slather on hydrocortisone after petting him, I honestly think this helped neutralize the pet dander and now I use it on all my dogs and no more itching for me :] (side note- I accidentally skipped a dose and the allergies came back so I'm definitely blaming this product for eliminating my allergies to my dogs :])

Our goldendoodle developed an autoimmune disease, sebaceous adenitis. She lost 80% of her fur. We took her to a veterinary dermatologist, who prescribed a very expensive oral capsule. She also told us to use Dermoscent 6 on her every week. The oral meds caused vomiting, so she couldn't take them. We used only this product on her. Within 3 months her coat had come back in. The dermatologist was happily surprised at how well she is doing without the oral meds. Her skin is much healthier. I would definitely recommend this product for chronic itchy skin problems. It has worked a miracle for our girl! We have added Shed Free Krill oil as a daily supplement, and the combination of the two is amazingly effective.

We were having an event at our home so I tried this to cover the horrible smell of our 3 1/2 yr old dog with hypothyroidism.She's 120 lbs & I couldn't find it for her size so I got the dosage in the biggest size I found & it really does work!! It didn't last as long as indicated (it only worked for about 3 weeks) but that was probably because the dose was not enough. But, it covered up the smell of the oily skin, & the yeasty ear infection (which we were treating at the time).I was thrilled that people were in my home & it didn't smell my dog & I will be using this product regularly so we can also be in our home without smelling the dog!
