Good value for a decadent rug...
This cotton rug is so soft and thick. The price is low but the quality is terrific; one would never know it is a ten dollar rug. The sage is a subtle, soft shade. I got a rubber runner for underneath so they won't slip on the tile floor but I personally prefer a two sided mat. I love them!Update...I've had these for almost a year. I've washed both rugs a couple times now according to the instructions- Cold water, gentle cycle, tumble dry low and they still look great. We use them to stand on in front of our sinks. They don't get that wet or dirty so the wear is pretty low. I did get a non-skid mesh mats (actually meant to be table place mats!) and the rugs stay put. Now I just wish there ones in navy blue and I'd get more.***Update #2... We had a bath room mishap where some stinky bottle of something broke and got on these rugs... We had to wash them like crazy to get the smell out. Not following the directions, normal spin, hot water and they still look great: the shape held, no shrinking, still soft and the pile is perfectly intact. The color faded but my husband said he put in WAY too much bleach. They are still a consistent color, just a pale yellowy green rather than sage. Personally yellow is my favorite color so I'm fine with it. Still love them 1 1/2 years later. The quality has held up under duress!

10 months, 10-14 washes, still great
When I received these, I immediately washed them. They broke my washer because they are super heavy when wet. Still, I hated that washer and was glad to buy a new one that had an allergen wash cycle. You see, I am allergic to dust mites and these two were going in my bedroom so it was supremely important that they could hold up to frequent, heavy, very hot washing. I purchased a new washer and went on my way.I am still getting lots of lint. It's really amazing that there is any rug left. The lint is in the dryer not in the washer. The rug still looks like new, though, and feels amazing. If I stand on the rug right out of the shower, it will take about a day to dry. I live in Florida with lots of humidity so am not sure why some people have had such problems with the rug drying. It does take a couple of cycles in the dryer to get it completely dry after a washI recommend this for the person that needs a rug that has to be washed every few weeks. It will hold up.Update: 2.5+ years after purchase and I still love these rugs. They get washed every two weeks. I've moved from washing them in the allergen cycle (which is high heat) to a cold cycle. They are still in great shape. They still create lint somewhat. They still take a while to dry. They have maintained their color.

I really like it A LOT.
I love this bath rug. It is really absorbent and soft. I dislike stepping out of the shower on to something thin and flat feeling. This rug is lush feeling. I have not washed it yet, so cannot speak to how well it will hold up, but my first impression is that it is well made and should wash well. I got the linen color and it is a very nice color. I have strange shades of blue and green and other retina damaging colors in the backsplash tile in my bathroom. Finding colors that I like that don't clash horribly with the tile is a challenge. This is dark enough in color to be attractive and not bland without adding to a circus-like atmosphere in the bathroom. I rent or that hideous tile would be long gone.I think this is a great rug for the price. Good value. I'll be buying more of these for other bathrooms in the house.

Too Much of a Good Thing!?
As advertised, a very thick mat. In fact, too thick. Once this big guy gets wet, it stays wet! I'm used to draping mat over side of tub when finished drying off, and when I come back next day to shower, mat is dried out and ready to go again. Not this mat! It is so thick that it can't possibly dry out. Moral of story ....... Careful what you wish for!

The colors in the photos are way off on this otherwise very good mat
.HOW FAR OFF CAN THE COLORS GET? VERY FAR OFFI bought 3 of these rugs in different colors. The photos show very subdued, conservative colors. However, that isn't what is actually shipping. The 'Sage' is much brighter than the color pictured. It isn't very subdued at all.The 'Linen' has a lot more golden wheat color in it than pictured and is also very bright in a rustic farm-belt kind of way (it would be much more at home in a bright Autumn themed collection). The 'Natural' color is the only one that seems more or less to match the displayed color. The colors being off might be forgivable if they were still nonetheless very pleasant colors that weren't too adventurous and would have fit in with my home's conservative earth-toned decor. However, the Sage and Linen colors were too far off from the conservatively subdued look that I was seeking, so I did not keep them....NICE 'N THICKI kept the Natural color rug and so far so good. It is holding up well in its first few months of use. It is nice and thick....RATINGSI initially rated these at 2 stars, because the disingenuously wrong colors that shipped were pretty much useless to me.But, now that I've got one that fits into the decor, I've upped the rating to 3 stars. If it holds up, I'll begrudgingly change that to 4 stars. It shouldn't have been that difficult though. Just change the photos to match what is actually being sold....OTHER OPTIONSI've since tried the Pinzon Luxury Banded Bath Mat and the Lenox Platinum Collection Tub Mat. They are very nice. Also, the Superior Egyptian Cotton Bath Mat is good for a medium thickness mat.-

Nice while it lasts..didn't hate it
You pay a cheap price, you can usually expect a cheaply made product. Nice rug, does it's job. Obviously isn't made to last multiple washes and clogged my washing machine drain filter, but if you want something that looks nice, but is pretty much disposable...order it.
