Certified Organic Palm Oil, Natural Red - Sustain-ably Sourced, RSPO Certified, Not Fractionated 17.2 Oz. Glass Jar

We had never used palm oil before.It is tasty and flavors my sauteed chicken, pork and veggies very well.Don't know about what nutritional benefits we get-(I read about it, but can't feel a difference) BUT I will tell you that using it in a pan is not as oily as using regular oil. It seems to absorb in the meats/veggies and there doesn't seem to be a trace of oil in what we are eating. So there is full flavor, and no oily residue.It also colors your food a little-- (not a lot). It is very tasty and appetizing and I read that it is a good way to lower bad cholesterol. I know there is some controversy regarding the use of this oil; we also use canola oil; but it feels and tastes more like a standard oil. Olive oil is good too.I don't use more than a table spoon or two when I cook with it.I would suggest reading up on palm oil and make up your own mind. I would buy it again, because it is tasty and non-greasy, and doesn't seem to produce any negative health issues to myself or my family.

This is actually a natural red palm oil. It is really a good tasting oil and it tastes exactly like the red palms that I ate in the Amazon Jungle where I grew up. I put this oil on my toast in the morning instead of the butter I used to use. Two things happens, it tastes very good and it is healthy to eat. I find that I feel better and also my stool is much more regulated. I also used this to fry chicken the other day and it comes out very good!! I love fried chicken but do not eat it because of the fat content. This is a good alternative as it tastes like the chicken fried in lard or vegetable oil but with a little healthy palm oil twist. I have bought another brand but have not tried it yet. I will update once I try it.. but I already know for every day use I will buy this brand again because of the taste. Mind you, if you put this in the fridge this will turn hard as a rock. But I keep a little bit out for everyday use. This is a natural good and real product.UPDATE:I tried to use Juka's oil for frying, what a fiasco!! That oil smells bad and splatters so much that I spent two days cleaning my kitchen even though I used two splatter screens, one mesh one plastic! Juka's oil also starts smoking at very little heat. It acts like there was water in it and lots of it. I know that these oils are not strained so it will splatter some... but this is a bit much!!!!The Wilderness Family one does not do any of this and tastes by far much better then the Juka'sI would recommend Wilderness family red palm oil for anyone as this is the best product out there.

Great product

Have used the Palm Oil and love the feel!However, it seems to irritate my eye area. So will try again but avoid eye area. I use it at night. Perhaps you have some other suggestions on how I can use it. Thanks

the container is great you can spoon out what you need... I just couldnt add it to some foods or figure out when to use it. I finished the jar with no results. no weight loss nothing.

Well, I'm still waiting to receive it. Ordered it about 6 weeks ago. Received an email that I should of received it but then after contacting them that I didn't have it yet. They told me they were just getting some more in an I'd be one of the first out. That was a week ago so I guess we'll see when I get it. So if your in a hurry to try it or to get it I'd try another company .

This product is very tasty and is a great addition to your kitchen. It is a great alternative to extra virgin olive oil and very healthy.

Product is very mild tasting, easy to use with the large neck bottle, and most importent my blood work came back with major improvements. Will continue to use this product and recommend palm oil to all !!!
